It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.

There are supermarkets. Transportation and food are very convenient. The hotel service staff are very friendly and can solve related problems immediately. The breakfast is also very delicious, with a variety of flavors, both Chinese and Western. I will probably stay here again next time I come to Nanjing.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is great, very central with easy access to the subway station and nearby western bars/restaurant. The room was very comfortable, the bed massive, slept like a baby every night. And an extra bonus was the bathtub, which I was actually unaware of when I booked the room, so that was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast is good, a decent spread of Chinese/Western breakfast for 68 yuan a day, which is OK for what you get. Hotel staff are great, very patient and willing to help, I think a few of them speak English but I spoke Chinese which they were very patient with. The swimming pool is huge and, when I went, had nobody else, so I had this massive pool to swim in all to myself. There is a 100 yuan charge during the afternoon, though. All in all though, a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be visiting again! :)

I just spent one night at this hotel and it was really nice. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and the most important check in process was quick and easy. Everything was completed under 8 minutes, which for a foreigner like myself was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is very close to the metro station, supermarket, Lawsons and literally next door to MacDonalds. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

想去南京玩，在攜程上找住宿的地方，要安全衞生，要交通便利，要景觀養眼，要好評如潮。找到了。 入住當天，前台（這家民宿有真人前台）會告知具體路線，出地鐵枴兩個彎，五分鐘就走到了，商住兩用樓，訂的房間在34樓，這一層全部是朝南的湖景房，如果想訂整塊落地玻璃窗的，房間在33樓，價格上會有點差異。除了因安全因素玻璃窗被分隔，其他全部滿分，房間空間蠻大的，高空的推窗，有空調，冰箱，洗衣機，投影和智能的小可。洗護沐用的惠潤，牙刷的質量也很好，還配了洗手液和洗衣液。花灑出水很大，轉換自如，洗澡很舒服。沒有地巾，配的吸水地墊。浴巾也是厚厚的大尺寸，對摺的毛巾拼成完整的logo，細節滿滿。保潔阿姨的日常衞生也能按要求做到位，謝謝啦。如果可以建議的話，席夢思四周的彈簧已經鬆了，淋浴房四周的硅膠需要剷掉重新打一下，玻璃下部水垢也要定期做一下清潔，房間沙發和茶几最好能挪到靠窗的位置，玄武湖太美啦，放着櫃子有點浪費了。入住和退房都很順利，休息的很好，行李也能寄存，太便利啦，謝謝優秀的老闆和員工，已經推薦給朋友了，下次來南京還是會選擇這裏。
