Location is good and the room is clean and comfortable. I booked this hotel for two nights. The first night was at Jinling Tower and the second night was at Jinling Hotel which is a separate building. The morning after my first stay, I had some business in the city and needed some extra time to move my luggage from the first room to the second. I called the hotel and reached senior receptionist Echo Xu who allowed me to keep my luggage in the room until I returned at 3 PM. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Jinling, I had a pleasant trip and a marvelous stay at Jinling!

Somehow the water was down on Friday night at 21-00 for 3-4 hours , after 3 calls reception finally answered and said they don’t know why many rooms doesn’t have water. Also suggest to review movie list, half of them are not displayed anymore, or play just 6min and then off; lack of English movies and new releases.

Seeing the comments on IELTS, I booked it quickly, the fastest time to book a hotel. The Computer Examination Center was two minutes away, separated by Jiangsu TV Station. The room was very clean and the corridors were fragrant. The bathroom has no smell, the hot water is coming very fast, the water pressure is large, the bath is very comfortable, the wind of the hair dryer is too small. The sound insulation is not very good. The previous big bed room was the kitchen vent outside. The sound was not small. The front desk quickly changed it for me. The takeaway is sent to the door by the robot, which is convenient and safe. Service is great, also gave free late check-out, less than 300 room rates, loved love

Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

This hotel is unexpectedly great. It is next to Dragon Valley. The ticket is only 100 yuan and there are many attractions. The hot springs and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. The room is not bad. The suite we booked does not have a separate living room, but once the door is closed, there are bathrooms inside and outside, so they do not interfere with each other. The room and bathroom inside are great, and I especially like their pillows. There are two breakfasts in the suite, and two more were given directly by the front desk. Ctrip also helped with late check-out. This price is so beautiful during the Chinese New Year. The only drawback is that the bath water is really too small, not like a big hotel at all. I finally had a good bath when I got home yesterday.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its staff were amazing, they were friendly, efficient and went extra miles in providing the best service. They were accommodating and always met our requests and expectations. Otherwise, the hotel has very high standards in its room and other facilities. Its proximity to shops and restaurants and indeed all other conveniences such as banks and metro made it a true top choice in any sense. It is worth noting that it went to great lengths in conyacting us for an item left behind after we checked out. also worthy of note is Miss Fanny who is truly caring and made us feel warmly welcomed from day one. I would thus highly recommend it for you.

Amazing Hotel ! Excellent staff , they all speak english and are very friendly. The food was great wether you enjoy eating western food or Chinese food. The breakfast was my daughters favourite meal at the hotel. The staff even brought my daughter souvenirs and gifts. You can enjoy the environment and relax from the stressful life of a city. I had a great experience in this hotel and I recommend it whether you are there for family outing or for a business trip this is the place you can choose to be. The cafe Late at this hotel was probably the best I have ever had in China. They also have one of a kind designer buildings built by global designers and a museum for those of you who appreciate art. They had lama”s as well and my daughter couldn’t wait to go out and feed them every morning. Thank you for a great experience!

Objective evaluation, the surrounding environment of the hotel is very early, on the edge of Ginkgo Lake, the room is a single-family villa, as if living in a park; 2. The hotel facilities are relatively old, the room has a musty smell, the buffet breakfast has few choices, and the taste is average; 3. The sanitation of the room is average, with obvious dust accumulation; 4. The most unbearable thing is the water quality. This is Nanjing. The hotel is located in Jiangning District, which has the largest production value in Nanjing. Ginkgo Lake is just outside the door, and the Yangtze River is next to it. How can there be such water quality? ? ? ! ! ! The water released is yellow and full of impurities. I am used to brushing my teeth with cold water, and the tap water released is also full of impurities. I didn’t know it at first, and I boiled a pot of hot water to drink it, but I couldn’t spit it out. I’m busy with my children and don’t have time. I’m going to call the consumer this week to make a complaint.

I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.

Loved the stay. A small complaint would be that the check-in was delayed by nearly a hour (room was available only at around 2.55pm). This was even after a specific request for possible early check in was made about 4 days before - to which the front desk responded that they may be able to arrange it if available. As a result we were left to walk around the lobby from around 12.45pm, since walking outside was not an option in the nearly 40 degree Nanjing summer weather. I wouldn't have minded if the room was simply not available till 2pm, but having to wait further almost an hour despite coming in early; left a bad first impression. Apart from this everything else went smoothly. Service was good, the breakfast buffet was great, and the room was spectacular with a great view of the Nanjing Eye. Satisfied and would recommend to a friend. Would appreciate if the staff would follow up on a special request as such and inform earlier that the room wouldn't be ready on time.

The hotel is in Xinjiekou, very close to the subway station. There is no problem with eating, drinking and shopping. The building is so high! The lobby is on the 43rd floor and the guest rooms are on the 46th floor. The view is really high! The weather is nice and you can see the perfect sunrise! Waking up early and having breakfast with the sunrise is a unique experience. The location is great, with subways extending in all directions, so you can go anywhere. It feels more convenient than taking a taxi. It's just that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is not very hot. During the coldest days in Nanjing, the air conditioning was really average. It was so cold that we asked the hotel to add quilts to sleep better at night. We northerners can't stand the cold in the room. a feeling of. The hair dryer was not hot and my hair could not be dried. Overall, it was okay. I traveled by car in January and stayed in many hotels. This was the only hotel where I stayed for 2 consecutive days. Firstly, there are so many attractions to visit in Nanjing. Secondly, the hotel far exceeded expectations. Let me start with the conclusion: highly recommended. Let’s talk about the reasons for recommendation from several perspectives. 1. Hygiene: It is visibly clean, and there is not a trace of dust on the floor and carpet. My baby who is less than 1 year old crawls around freely, and when I go back to wash her hands and face, there is almost nothing black. The bathroom cabinet glass was spotless and the room didn't have any odor, which is very rare in hotels I've stayed in recently. You can use the towels and bathrobes with confidence, it’s a great experience! 2. Service: Needless to say, all hotel services now are first-class. It may be related to the general environment. The cultural and tourism industry is not easy to do, so we pay special attention to humanistic care. One detail is that my sister booked a room for her 2-and-a-half-year-old baby, and the housekeeper gave her an extra pair of children's slippers. Service is management. It can be seen that the hotel has also put in efforts in training. I don't understand why such a thoughtful hotel still has people give negative reviews. Has your head been caught in the door? 3. Hardware and facilities: Very modern decoration, a business-oriented hotel. Bathrooms, etc. are almost all from big brands and of good quality. Although the double bed room I booked is very small, the bathroom is very spacious and the shower room is larger than those at home. Downstairs is the Confucius Temple Pedestrian Street, and you can see half of the Qinhuai River outside the window, with lights up all night, and the Confucius Temple main hall. No matter day or night, it is very suitable to go stubborn. However, the hotel does not have an elevator, and it is more tiring for large luggage. Other than that, there are no major problems. The rooms are clean and tidy, which is great.

There is no switch for the ventilating fan in the bathroom. I asked the front desk and said it was a unified switch. Later, I lived in another hotel in Nanjing, too. There was a ventilating fan, but I didn't find the switch. I guess it's the same here.

I am particularly satisfied with this B&B. The entrance is very close to the subway, and the Confucius Temple is very close to the right when you exit the alley. All supplies are disposable, including towels and bath towels. The boss's service is also very enthusiastic. Excellent value for money. I watched a concert at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing. After it was over, I didn’t have time to rush to Nanjing South Railway Station to return to Shanghai, so I searched for a hotel nearby. I took the subway for two stops to Nanjing University of Technology and walked for another 8 minutes to the hotel. Crystal Orange is a chain, and there are basically no problems with the hardware (occasionally some small areas are damaged, which is normal, and it is not a five-star hotel). There are no restaurants around the hotel, and there is a small supermarket downstairs. If you stay temporarily for one night, you only need instant noodles. That’s it. The front desk also upgraded the room type for free, which is more than 400 yuan, which is really good value for money. Also, I didn’t bring a charger, so the front desk helped me find an Apple charging cable, which is very user-friendly.
