"We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️"

"Overall the stay was not too bad due to the great service provided & the good food we enjoyed. Our only gripe was the terrible Room 101 we were initially given when we checked in. The room had obviously not been stayed in for a while. There were literally cobwebs in various corners of the room & the sofa & walls were quite stained. Worst of all, the water was brownish in color when we turned on the taps. This was definitely not the standard we expected given the premium we paid for the room. Thankfully we were immediately changed to another Room 105 upon calling the reception. The new room was thankfully clean although we had some issues connecting the TV due to an unplugged cable. The breakfast buffet was delicious & we had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. There was also free laundry. Location was great - only a quick 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main street with tons of food. options."

"Service was great, whole place was very clean. Food was nice. Do note that breakfast is buffet style when there are sufficient people staying, otherwise, it is a bowl of noodles plus a platter of chinese yam, sweet potato, siew mai, pork bun, fried egg, 2 pastries, some pickles, cherry tomato and orange with the usual free flow drinks. Portion is big so i always had cakes to takeaway for tea on the road. I love that the location is convenient, near the tour bus stop and main shopping/eating street yet away from the hustle and bustle. Extended the stay from 2 nights to 3 nights. Will ne back again"
