The location of the homestay is a 10-minute walk from the center of Guling Street. It is very convenient to travel or drive back from the street.

Pplpl574The transportation is excellent, just a few dozen meters from the cable car and the scenic bus station, which serves both the east and west lines. You have to climb about twenty or so steps. The food is a bit poor, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the main street. The double-glazed windows make it very quiet at night. The room was relatively clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning was powerful and didn't go out even when the card was removed. There's a large balcony on the rooftop for hanging clothes. You can walk up and down the stairs. The wifi was a bit slow, around 25 Mbps.

Definitely need more than 1 day to do a good tour of the mountain. Take note that road up (and down) is super winding so those with motion sickness must take pills. Quite bad.

The location is perfect, a short walk from the cable car (and tourist bus) station and also from the main street, where you can find various shops and restaurants. The room was good, reasonably clean and with all the necessary amenities. The only issue was that the drainage in the shower (room 102) didn't work properly, which is a bit of a problem. Still, overall, good value for money.
