"The hotel is located right at the border gate, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me departing in the evening for an early morning trip to Kunming the next day. The staff were exceptionally helpful—they ensured a swift check-in and even booked a taxi for us to Hekou Station early the following morning. Our room was clean.
A minor note: Due to the building’s layout, you’ll need to carry your luggage a short distance to the mezzanine floor, even though there’s an elevator. The elevator itself is also a bit slow."

"Very friendly welcome. Good location near the border. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, clean bed linen and towels. However, the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be painted."

"Impressive hotel but quiet.. Area around hotel dead. Not many shops open for dinner at around 7:30pm.
So had to take a taxi ¥18 to Hekou town.
Funny that construction activities still allowed at 11pm, could hear lorries and excavators in motion..
Breakfast, starts at 7am, was nice but no coffee or tea available. We could not enjoy much coz our taxi came acalling at 7:26am to take us to Hekou North train station."

"Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower.
Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel.
Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"A localização do hotel é bastante conveniente, a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da zona fronteiriça. Os quartos nos andares superiores oferecem vista para os hotéis e ruas vietnamitas do outro lado da fronteira.
Há escolas primárias tanto no térreo quanto do outro lado da rua, portanto, pode haver barulho durante o dia se você visitar em um dia de semana. O hotel abriu relativamente cedo, então as instalações são um pouco antigas, mas, no geral, é limpo e organizado. Há muitos restaurantes locais e vietnamitas autênticos nas proximidades, com bom custo-benefício.
Há apenas um elevador, então o tempo de espera pode ser relativamente longo."

"先説好的，酒店服務還不錯，工作人員很耐心。酒店環境還算安靜。一般的就是酒店的位置不算特別便利，離口岸還有動車站可能還有幾公里，打車大概十多塊錢。不太好的是酒店房間一進去有一股不好聞的味道，這點很難受。還有河口還挺熱的，酒店被子怎麼那麼厚，把空調温度調到很低依然熱出汗，半夜熱醒了很多次，一晚上也沒有休息太好。。。"
