Great location and living space. The location was central to all tourist spots and was just quiet enough to hail ride-share services without it being stressful. We shared a two-bedroom suite for 4 people and there was plenty of private space and sharing space. The hotel would always check in with us to see what we needed, gave us food recommendations, and warned us about tourist traps and scams. The living space was very home-y and comfy, so it was always nice to come back to that after a day of exploration. Highly recommend!

The accommodation has a very beautiful view. Although the exterior looks traditional and old-fashioned, the rooms inside are very clean, modern, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even helping us take photos and thoughtfully preparing a complimentary tea set for us, which was such a lovely touch. The property is located by the stunning blue Wujiang River, creating a peaceful and memorable atmosphere. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful experience staying here. Highly recommended!

Fiquei muito satisfeito com as nossas 4 noites em Chongqing. O quarto é ótimo, com tudo o que precisamos. O quarto é grande o suficiente para o nosso grupo. A localização é ótima, perto do metrô Jiaochangkou, a poucos passos de distância. E você também pode encontrar muitos restaurantes por perto, especialmente o Chongqing Mala original. Podemos caminhar até muitas atrações do hotel, como a Times Square e o Sibati. Muito conveniente para explorar Chongqing. O proprietário é gentil e o processo de check-in não demora. Este é realmente um dos melhores hotéis em Chongqing com um preço razoável.

Perfect stay ! The staff Rainy made the difference. She is very helpful always smiling and so accomodating to every request. I just think she is overwhelmed with having to manage everything alone !! And still service with a smile We walked around the old town for tea and coffee Explored further and walked along nanbin road, found a very quaint restaurant belle & rive cuisine and chill Great plave to stay highly recommended but there are a lot of steps !

The location and hotel itself is very nice. We booked the most expensive room with panoramic view. In the morning, due to our schedule we had to leave early at 7:00am… we asked simply for 2 coffee and 2 boiled eggs or some pastries take away, having the breakfast included in the price of the room. The answer has been “we only have you coffee cause our breakfast start at 8:00am”… so you wanna tell me that the chef, if the breakfast start at 8:00, at 7:00 is not in the kitchen preparing the food?!? I believe anyone can do 2 boiled eggs… even the ladies who received us in reception. The attitude was very bad. We asked for an adapter… they said “we don’t have”. The service was really terrible.

Viemos a Chongqing para passar o fim de semana em família e este hotel em Jiefangbei nos deixou extremamente felizes. A localização é imbatível, descemos e estamos no centro comercial movimentado. Caminhar à noite para apreciar a vista noturna é super conveniente, podemos visitar Hongyadong e o Marco de Jiefangbei em um só lugar. Os quartos são decorados de forma simples e aconchegante, com ótima iluminação e vista panorâmica. Alguns quartos ainda oferecem vista noturna da cidade, perfeita para fotos incríveis. A roupa de cama é confortável, proporcionando uma excelente experiência de sono, permitindo-nos relaxar completamente após um dia agitado. O serviço do hotel é atencioso e detalhado, com recepcionistas gentis e pacientes, que respondem rapidamente a qualquer solicitação. A higiene é impecável, com todos os cantos limpos e arrumados, nos fazendo sentir seguros e confortáveis. O ambiente tranquilo em meio à agitação da cidade é ideal para casais em férias, permitindo desfrutar da animação da cidade e ter um espaço de descanso privativo. O preço é razoável, e a relação custo-benefício é excelente para a área de Jiefangbei, sem nenhum ponto negativo. Esta viagem se tornou ainda mais perfeita por causa deste hotel. Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Também a encontrei na lavanderia e ela me explicou tudo pacientemente usando o tradutor. O hotel tem uma vista incrível, acima de todos os outros prédios. O buffet de café da manhã tem uma grande variedade. Tinha praticamente tudo, exceto sachês de chá inglês. Que, na verdade, estavam disponíveis no quarto, mas não no buffet. Fiquei com preguiça de ir até o quarto para pegá-lo. Fora isso, tem uma variedade excelente, incluindo opções chinesas e ocidentais. O chá da tarde tinha poucas opções. Alguns doces e frutas. O primeiro quarto, o banheiro, era fechado com chuveiro, vaso sanitário e pia no mesmo cômodo, separados por uma porta de vidro fosco escuro. O segundo quarto, o vaso sanitário e o chuveiro ficam em cabines separadas, com a pia do lado de fora. Mas as divisórias de vidro são opacas, sem nenhuma porta adicional separando a área do banheiro. Isso pode ser um problema ao dividir o quarto com amigos e familiares. Também pode ser bastante barulhento se seu parceiro estiver tentando dormir enquanto você usa o banheiro. Há muitos espaços no 57º andar para relaxar e se encontrar com amigos. O design é moderno, amplo e espaçoso. Não há sinalização para o hotel no saguão. Você precisa pegar um elevador até o 44º andar. Depois, vire a esquina e verá a sinalização para Pagoda. A equipe então preparará um elevador para você até o 57º andar para o check-in. Esta é a minha primeira vez em um hotel com esse tipo de elevador. É um pouco complicado trocar de elevador. Mas, por outro lado, a sensação é de muita privacidade e exclusividade quando o elevador é dedicado apenas a nós. Além disso, sinto que é realmente mais rápido, sem precisar parar em diferentes andares para pegar outros hóspedes. A localização é ideal. Dá para ir a pé até as cavernas de Hongya. Há muitas lojas e restaurantes por perto. O Pagoda é uma excelente opção para quem visita Chongqing.

前台和老闆都比較熱情，在景區裏面算是性價比非常高的了，價格非常的便宜，都能接受，而且房間的話都大都很寬敞，也很乾凈，總體來説非常的性價比高。然後吃的東西的話也比較豐富，這個價格這個性價比已經非常的合適了。呃，這個景區的話還是距離重慶非常的近，然後過來旅遊度假。週末的話是非常適合的。下一次再帶朋友一起過來。
