A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

We were a family of four (two adults, two children) on a trip to Chongqing, and after much searching, we chose this guesthouse. It offered great value for money. The room was clean and spacious enough, providing ample room for our two little ones to move around. The host contacted us in advance to provide directions and important information, and also recommended some tourist spots and restaurants. The guesthouse's location is ideal; many attractions are within walking distance. Cloud Eyes, Yangtze River Cableway, Xiaoshizi Metro Station, Jiefangbei, and Bayi Street are all just a short stroll away.

The accommodation has a very beautiful view. Although the exterior looks traditional and old-fashioned, the rooms inside are very clean, modern, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, even helping us take photos and thoughtfully preparing a complimentary tea set for us, which was such a lovely touch. The property is located by the stunning blue Wujiang River, creating a peaceful and memorable atmosphere. I was truly impressed and had a wonderful experience staying here. Highly recommended!

Foi minha primeira vez em Chongqing e escolhi um dia perfeito para embarcar na viagem. Inicialmente, eu planejava me hospedar por três noites consecutivas no Park Inn by Radisson, perto de Raffles City, mas achei os quartos familiares deste hotel com um ótimo custo-benefício. Eles foram reformados recentemente e tudo era novo. Como eu estava viajando com crianças, prestei atenção especial à limpeza, que estava impecável e organizada. Este hotel tem fácil acesso a atrações como Jiefangbei, Raffles City, Hongyadong e Eighteen Ladders. A rua que sai do hotel é um ótimo local para tirar fotos dos pontos turísticos. A equipe da recepção foi excelente e a faxineira foi muito educada. Se eu fosse visitar Chongqing novamente, este hotel seria minha primeira escolha.

Perfect stay ! The staff Rainy made the difference. She is very helpful always smiling and so accomodating to every request. I just think she is overwhelmed with having to manage everything alone !! And still service with a smile We walked around the old town for tea and coffee Explored further and walked along nanbin road, found a very quaint restaurant belle & rive cuisine and chill Great plave to stay highly recommended but there are a lot of steps !

Este é um apartamento, não um hotel. O horário de check-out é às 12h. O check-out tardio custa 20 RMB, e a maioria dos hotéis permite o check-out às 14h (a reserva foi feita pelo Ctrip). Este preço é bastante acessível. No entanto, adicionando 40 RMB, o valor fica praticamente o mesmo que o de outros hotéis. A experiência de check-in foi razoável e um pouco difícil de encontrar. Era bem diferente de onde me hospedei no dia anterior (mesmo preço). A desvantagem daquele lugar era o barulho perto da rodovia elevada, mas o hotel fornecia protetores auriculares, então não foi tão ruim. No geral, fiquei muito satisfeito. Só esqueci de estender minha reserva e não havia quartos disponíveis. Comer e beber são inconvenientes aqui. Além disso, a pressão da água no chuveiro à noite era lamentavelmente baixa, tornando impossível tomar banho. Felizmente, era meu último dia de passeio turístico e eu partiria no dia seguinte, caso contrário, teria sido muito inconveniente.

We stayed in this room for 5D4N. Room has great view and is located opposite Shibati Guang Chang. Easy walk to Shibati esp when you touch down in the evening and want to quickly cover a tourist spot. Hotel occupies the entire 12th floor of a commercial building with 4 servicing lifts; there are other lifts that serve higher levels. The building is shared with multiple hotels (which u can also find on trip.com) and there is a guard station on the 1st floor 24/7. Parcel can be dropped at front desk, can also be left at front desk for pick up. No deliveryman has called to complain about not finding the hotel. Food deliveries will be delivered to your room directly, no robot deliveries. Aircon must set to heater mode to warm up the room. The wait for the lift is ok, no lengthy wait during our stay maybe due to low season. Shaver and vanity kit not provided but available upon request. There is no laundry room so may not be suitable for long stay but the staff offered to help us do the laundry using their staff washing machine (no dryer function so had to dry in the room) - which we didn't use in the end. I find the room abit dark, esp the toilet. Had to adjust the blinds in the toilet to brighten it. A closer look at some of the walls do reveal a few dark / water spots. But otherwise important places like bed, sink, chair and toilet where there are sufficient lights are all clean. I realise the housekeeping lady for consecutive days didn't wipe the only table in the room (which we obviously make good use of it like placing water bottles, medication etc). Not sure if its because the room is not well lit but we purposely tidied the items on the table for her to clean but she didn't for the first few days until we told her personally to do so. There was a piece of plastic near the window ledge when we first check-in and it wasn't removed during the daily house keeping and it was there for at least the first 3 days. The housekeeping lady however will actively check in on the timing where she can come in to clean the room and that is something we appreciate as one of us caught a cold and for a few days only left the room in the afternoon. Hotel is able to store luggages for a couple of days while we travel to other cities. Front desk staff puts in effort to accommodate ad-hoc request. She may not always be at the make-shift front desk, but she will always promptly reply your messages via Weixin. Just direct any request or communication to Weixin- we added them on Weixin prior to our stay to liaise about parcel deliveries and luggage storage. Would recommend adding a small sofa by the window and 1 more dust bin on the other side of the room.

O hotel fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com táxis à porta e uma estação de VLT ao lado, o que torna muito fácil ir para a trilha da montanha Liziba, o zoológico e Ciqikou. O atendimento na recepção também foi excelente, e eles oferecem guias turísticos. Há chás de boas-vindas e doces, além de muitos itens pequenos, como protetores de assento sanitário descartáveis, máscaras e protetores auriculares, que você pode pegar gratuitamente. O quarto também tem um frigobar, o que é muito conveniente.

前台和老闆都比較熱情，在景區裏面算是性價比非常高的了，價格非常的便宜，都能接受，而且房間的話都大都很寬敞，也很乾凈，總體來説非常的性價比高。然後吃的東西的話也比較豐富，這個價格這個性價比已經非常的合適了。呃，這個景區的話還是距離重慶非常的近，然後過來旅遊度假。週末的話是非常適合的。下一次再帶朋友一起過來。
