"Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities."

"先説好的：1.酒店的週五週六自助餐很好吃 住店客人優惠10元 148就能吃各種火鍋 三文魚 新疆美食 服務員態度特別好，尤其一個笑的很甜的當地維吾爾族女生，看到她心情都好很多。早餐也是很美味。2.健身房洗衣機弄得很不錯 3.服務人員大部分態度都非常好，幫忙送了浴鹽浴缸套，走的時候還幫我拿行李。 再説不好的：1.部分客房服務員的職業素養再培訓一下吧。賽里木湖出來住這個酒店 一進去房間 外面施工巨吵。要求換房間。服務員説房型都一樣 基本滿房了 我再三要求換房間 我説我喜歡安靜的休息 加錢也沒事。她才帶我去另一邊 走廊上小孩的聲音很大 我看了不滿意要求換遠一點，她還是重複沒客房了。我就生氣了 我説那你有辦法讓人家閉嘴嗎？她才讓我看更遠的房間。最後加了40換了房間。我覺得為什麼要客户再三要求才行呢？是覺得我換不起房型嗎？ 2.客房設施絕對是有問題的：書桌的枱燈經常砸到人的頭，也沒辦法收起來，夜燈正對大床，壓根沒辦法睡。水温恆温37.5 我大冬天想泡個澡差點着涼，覺得是不錯的酒店了，應該會有按摩和水療中心吧。結果也沒有，自己打車去別的地方的。 寫這麼多評價是真的很喜歡博樂這座城市，希望酒店可以把枱燈包起來 或者提供一下睡眠眼罩。（我猜估計是夜燈擔心有客人摔倒，但是也要考慮一下客人的睡眠質量）也希望生意越來越好哈。畢竟他們的餐飲做的真的很不錯。"

"這次入住賽里木湖萬豪整體體驗還算不錯。酒店位置方便，離景區近，出行省心。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，湖景視野開闊，躺在床上就能看到湖面和遠處的山，拍照很出片。辦理入住效率正常，工作人員態度友好。早餐種類豐富，味道尚可，能吃飽吃好。高原上能有這樣標準的酒店已經很滿意了，整體舒適安心，適合來賽里木湖遊玩入住。"

"We spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day."
