They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities."

"先説好的：1.酒店的週五週六自助餐很好吃 住店客人優惠10元 148就能吃各種火鍋 三文魚 新疆美食 服務員態度特別好，尤其一個笑的很甜的當地維吾爾族女生，看到她心情都好很多。早餐也是很美味。2.健身房洗衣機弄得很不錯 3.服務人員大部分態度都非常好，幫忙送了浴鹽浴缸套，走的時候還幫我拿行李。 再説不好的：1.部分客房服務員的職業素養再培訓一下吧。賽里木湖出來住這個酒店 一進去房間 外面施工巨吵。要求換房間。服務員説房型都一樣 基本滿房了 我再三要求換房間 我説我喜歡安靜的休息 加錢也沒事。她才帶我去另一邊 走廊上小孩的聲音很大 我看了不滿意要求換遠一點，她還是重複沒客房了。我就生氣了 我説那你有辦法讓人家閉嘴嗎？她才讓我看更遠的房間。最後加了40換了房間。我覺得為什麼要客户再三要求才行呢？是覺得我換不起房型嗎？ 2.客房設施絕對是有問題的：書桌的枱燈經常砸到人的頭，也沒辦法收起來，夜燈正對大床，壓根沒辦法睡。水温恆温37.5 我大冬天想泡個澡差點着涼，覺得是不錯的酒店了，應該會有按摩和水療中心吧。結果也沒有，自己打車去別的地方的。 寫這麼多評價是真的很喜歡博樂這座城市，希望酒店可以把枱燈包起來 或者提供一下睡眠眼罩。（我猜估計是夜燈擔心有客人摔倒，但是也要考慮一下客人的睡眠質量）也希望生意越來越好哈。畢竟他們的餐飲做的真的很不錯。"

"這次入住賽里木湖萬豪整體體驗還算不錯。酒店位置方便，離景區近，出行省心。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，湖景視野開闊，躺在床上就能看到湖面和遠處的山，拍照很出片。辦理入住效率正常，工作人員態度友好。早餐種類豐富，味道尚可，能吃飽吃好。高原上能有這樣標準的酒店已經很滿意了，整體舒適安心，適合來賽里木湖遊玩入住。"
