The hotel is very close to the Sayram Lake Visitor Center and the entrance/exit for vehicles, which is a big plus. The breakfast was very plentiful (even including fish and shrimp)! They kept adding more food even after breakfast ended, which was very thoughtful. The room was very spacious and clean, but there was no air conditioning, and the disposable slippers were hidden too well, behind the sliding door to the bathroom. For two nights, I thought the hotel didn't provide slippers, only discovering they were there before I left.

The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.

Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!

房間非常寬敞舒適，大玻璃窗外的風景宜人，躺在床上看窗外都很安逸。除了賽里木湖很美，這裏的人也同樣美好，酒店的工作人員都特別熱情，保安大叔每次見到我們都笑容洋溢，因為風特別大每次都搶着給我們開門。特別點名一下前台的小白！人帥不説還心善，幫我們解決了很多問題，彌補了沒有看到賽湖全貌的遺憾，讓這次短暫的旅程特別快樂和難忘！下次再來賽湖還住這！！！

The hotel is right opposite the east gate visitor center of Sayram Lake, with a whole street of restaurants. The only downside is that parking spots in front are quite limited; if you come back late, you might have to park a bit further away. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Around 1 AM, I could still hear kids running and shouting in the room next door. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy. With so many tourists and not enough seating, the staff were clearly overwhelmed during peak hours. Food wasn't replenished fast enough, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

房間很不錯，衞生條件很好。早餐也非常豐富！前台漂亮的小迪、小熱兩位小妹妹，以及下午茶酒吧漂亮的艾克達小妹妹，服務都超棒，笑眯眯讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！酒店的老闆非常有眼光，為我們新疆的旅遊資源提供豐富多彩的服務！為你們點贊👍還要表揚一下保潔姐姐，忘記問她的名字了，我們車窗因為長途太臟，想用水沖洗一下，保潔帶着我家先生就近接了水方便我們清洗，熱情像家人的服務讓我們感動！

新年前兩天，全家説走就走的旅行，去了賽里木湖，看了很多家酒店，最終定了水雲杉，半夜12點大霧天到的酒店，前台帥小夥熱情的辦理了入住，寒冷冬夜親自帶到別墅3號樓，進去後，意外驚喜，很乾凈，很暖和，房間寬敞舒服，衞生間很大，熱水很熱，乾濕分離，第二天早上8點退房的少數民族美女温柔可愛，自助早餐餐廳挺大的，就餐分兩個區，人很多，後面的就餐區人少，有空位，一早上同時大概有百十來人吃飯，飯菜味道還不錯，水果點心都有，冷熱菜若干，牛奶，粥幾種，早上還有現煮麪，三種鹵湯幾種調料自己調，酒店環境+服務+早餐都是好評！值得推薦，放心入住！ 別墅6.7.8樓離吃飯及服務中心更近。

前台阿飛很貼心，而且服務很好，還幫我們升級房型，點個贊!營地房間很滿意的，在房間就能看到賽里木湖，超級漂亮！早餐挺好吃的，房間乾淨整潔!設施服務到位，離景區很近，營地看日出日落也很方便，周圍風景也很棒!如果不想早起跑去景區看日出，這個酒店是最好的選擇！酒店附近還有賽里木湖最漂亮的咖啡廳，酒店還送了咖啡廳的下午茶。超級滿意這次住宿！推薦推薦！！！
