"本來設施是做得不錯的，看着很高檔，但是洗澡時候花灑開了5分鐘都沒有熱水，大冷天的總不能硬着頭皮洗冷水吧，後面衹能和工作人員溝通，給我換了房間，然後第二間洗了不夠5分鐘，熱水就逐漸變冷了...如果不需要洗澡的話，這個酒店設施還是可以的，要洗澡的話就還是算了吧，不推薦。
另外，房間不提供水，驚呆。這麼基礎的物品不提供，然後提供免費安全套...表示比較無語的説"

"可能是淡季的原因，98的價格能住到這麼好的房間也很難得，而且距離博樂站打車6分鐘左右就到了，酒店對面就有吃的店家，而且是24小時營業，多晚到都可以有吃的。
設施：設施非常非常齊全，甚至是乾濕分離的
衞生：衞生室也是頂級的乾淨
環境：空間很大，很舒適，隔音很好，一覺睡到天亮
服務：服務也很周到，有疑問工作人員都細心解答"

"攜程首評。在博樂半個月，住了好多家酒店，這家算性價比最高的。優點:酒店是新的，衞浴插座都是新的，好用的。酒店是獨棟的，安全沒問題。位置在友好購物中心附近，艾比湖大酒店旁邊，不臨街，所以不吵很安靜，樓下吃飯購物都很方便。衞生也不錯，床被都很乾凈，一客一換。電視很大，很好用，可以投屏看電影。服務也不錯，老闆很客氣。價格不貴，同價格的附近酒店性價比最高。
缺點:其實沒啥大缺點，硬要説就是沒電梯吧，女生旅行有大箱子提上樓有點費勁，不過可以叫服務員幫忙。
總結:看的出老闆是用心經營的酒店，五星推薦。"

"Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖.
We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake.
The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan.
From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan.
Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good.
The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too."

AAiyo～weiya當初定氈房的時候，單純的就是想帶4歲半的小朋友體驗哈薩克的特色，感受不同民族的生活方式。結果……
驚喜1：這裡在賽湖的高點，起床就能看日出，還能看完整個賽湖。對於大人來説這視野絕了。
驚喜2：老闆是一家三口，兒子是哈薩克的帥哥，是家裡普通話説得最好的，跟客户溝通都是他來，溝通完全無障礙，一家人特別樸實熱情，問什麼都是衹要弄得到都會盡量滿足。
驚喜3：他們家養了一羣牛，背後山上其他家養了一羣羊，家裡還有2條牧羊犬和幾匹馬，這真的是小朋友喜歡的畫面，跟狗玩，跟小羊對話，騎馬騎馬一直騎馬…還有就是識別羊糞和牛糞的差異，因為隨地可見，太天然了。
驚喜4：晚餐點了羊肉串，清燉羊排，手抓飯，兩大一小居然沒吃完，分量很足，味道也很好。清燉的羊肉湯一點羶味都沒有（最好是到之前提前點好，因為清燉羊肉湯要煲2小時左右）
當然，既然選擇氈房，就要做好一些心裏準備，如果能接受以下內容，再選擇：1）沒有獨立的廁所，衹有旱廁，不能洗澡。2）室內是暖爐，晚上要自己加碳不然堅持不到第二天早上。3）乾淨整潔的標準要對標同類氈房而不是五星級酒店。
總的來説，如果下次來這裏，我依然還會選擇這家氈房。

A few observations:
#1 The curtains had stains
#2 The bedside table had (coffee?) stains
#3 The carpet in the loft had stains
#4 The water clogs up in the shower area after taking a shower.
Please take our review as constructive feedback. I think you can do something about feedback items 1, 2 and 3.

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

This kind of apartment is basically half-check-in and half-check-out, but sometimes they will say hello when you come in and out, and they will automatically refill the bottled water the next day. UUsuário convidado這家酒店最大的優點就是地理位置非常好，就在賽里木湖出口旁，第二天一早進景區也比較近！
我當時定的是比較基礎的房間，在一層。房間內有個暖風機，晚上不會冷🥶，就是烤着挺乾的。
衞生間很大，可以洗澡，有熱水的！但我們怕冷，沒有洗！一個房間衹給兩瓶水，再要就要付錢買了哈！
景區門口的酒店，也就睡一晚，我是覺得性價比很高了！
