Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip. Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.

The Londoner was the first to use WeChat and WhatsApp services throughout the entire trip. This seemingly trivial matter actually provides great convenience to the guests. Every employee from airport pick-up to front desk to customer service to restaurant is very friendly and thoughtful. It is currently the No. 1 hotel I have stayed in Macau. When I was eating yogurt in the restaurant, I just glanced at the young man Ahua in the distance and knew that I needed a teaspoon. He has a strong sense of service. The breakfast at Hua Ting is highly recommended. If time permits, the Londoner should really bring his family to stay for two days. The afternoon tea in Figure 4 is also good. The decoration style is what I like. Facilities: The curtain material is not light-transmissive, but the side seams leak light. In recent years, more and more hotels have begun to use full blackout roller blinds to make the day as dark as night, which can be used as a reference. In terms of sound insulation, the conversation of guests passing by in the corridor can be heard in the living room, and the bedroom door needs to be closed when sleeping

Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.

I recently stayed at The Royal Hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, with a convenient store and transportation options nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and offered a lovely view of downtown Macau, which added to the overall charm of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the late check-out at 1 PM allowed me to relax a bit longer before heading out. Overall, I found it to be a good value for the quality of service and amenities provided. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel - very happy with the service provided (especially by frontline/reception staff). The ladies in charge of the swimming pool facility were great, too. This is a luxurious hotel that can be affordable too. I will return!

Great location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Generally, services are provided for small electrical appliances, but there is no USB socket for powering mobile phones. , the furniture is too old and should be updated as soon as possible. As for the service attitude of the front desk staff, it is average, but it is better than many hotels of the same level.

Very nice resort next to Cheoc Van beach. But location is very remote and in fact need to walk about 10 minutes downhill after getting off the bus. Besides that everything was great. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Breakfast well as expected. Good 1 night stay for quietness and away from city life.
