Check in was easy, really nice receptionist, room was super clean, I had like 5 towels. Sopa and body wash was provided, at lwast 5 sockets, really nice and comfy room.

I stayed only one night as my preferred hotel was fully booked and I was forced into hotel city lugano. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the kindest I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Sure the decor isnt anything to praise and they dont have room service or other basics but it is clean and efficient. I have to say one more time that the staff here is just amazing, every single one of them. I would recommend this hotel.

Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. I don't have many photos but I do have videos that I can't upload here from the hotel but I have it on my Instagram karol__0729….Very satisfied with our stay, just need to implement the parking

If you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome. I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.

Thought it was a two-star hotel and it turned out to be a surprise. It’s really ten minutes to walk from the train station, but I took the bus twice when I dragged the big box in and out. The hotel in this state will give me a free bus ticket. There are 2 roads in front of the hotel that can go directly to the train station. The single room is just perfect for one person. A big box can be spread out, the wardrobe is enough, and there are enough TV channels including CNN and BBC. There is a small gym. I asked the front desk for the key. Although it stopped at 8 o'clock in the evening, I asked the front desk to take the initiative to use it. I couldn't find the switch to find someone to help me patiently and enthusiastically. I didn't dislike it at all. mean. The front desks I met were very good, especially the one at check-out. The luggage room was open consciously. She said that she put my computer bag under the desk at the front desk to help me watch it until 6 o’clock in the evening. When picking up the luggage, she asked me if I wanted to use the bathroom, which was really touched. The shower head works very well, it’s a bit embarrassing that the basin cannot be plugged, and there are no bath products. The bedding is not very comfortable, and the two-star hotel should not be too demanding, it is very clean and very satisfying. The breakfast included is really mediocre. Don't eat the croissant. You need to pay for the fried egg.

What a surprise. Entrance, garage, check-in were so easy. But there was another big surprise: we were upgraded to a Suite. Room and bathroom were prefect and clean. The restaurant food was very good. There is a nice terrace overlooking the large swimming pool. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was a very well appointed buffet. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the freeway without the drawbacks and not too far from Lugano that can be reached in less than half hour. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel La Tureta is an excellent hotel. Room very comfortable with a very cosy bed. Bathroom was big enough for us. Everything perfectly clean. Good variety of products at breakfast. It's located a few minutes south of central Bellenzona, we quickly became very familiar with the #$1 and #3 busses. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. One thing we particularly liked was that we had advised the hotel that we appreciate gluten free options at breakfast; when we checked in the front desk person acknowledged our need for gluten free breakfast and indicated where the GF items are on the breakfast table. Well done! Would surely stay here again.

Well..... where do I start, this is one of the most breath taking places I have ever visited in the world. I booked this for my daughters 30th birthday it was her choice to go to Switzerland, neither of us had visited this part of the world before and it far exceeded our expectations. It took a plane, train and a taxi to get us to the hotel so a bit of a journey but sooooooo worth it. We flew to Milan, took a train to Lugano and got a cab up to the hotel. Tip catch the 444 bus from the train station, it so much cheaper than a cab and the bus drops you right outside the hotel, we used the bus every time after that to go down to the town. The hotel itself is stunning, the views are amazing, you have to see them to believe the photos do not capture the utter beauty of this place. You will also notice the peace, all you can hear is birdsong, it is absolute heaven. The hotel staff are amazing, they could not be more helpful. We has lots of questions and time and again they helped even printing bus time tables and giving us maps and tips. We had a welcome prosecco on arrival and then went to find our room. WOW! and what a room We had been upgraded from a garden room to a room with a view of the lake and a wrap around balcony. My daughter opened the balcony door and almost burst with excitement, it was amazing. We had a twin room which was large and super bathroom and even the view from the loo. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a safe, fridge and kettle. You are provided with robes, slippers and even a bag to pop your bits in when using the spa. This hotel has thought of everything. I could write a 10,000 word review on this hotel there is so much to say. The infinity pool is warm and you lean your elbows up on the side and just stare at that view. There is an amazing indoor pool which you can swim into from the outside pool through automatic doors. Tip give the sensors a little wave and the doors open quicker. We had two treatments in the Dot spa a massage on one day and a facial on the other, both fabulous and the staff in the spa are great. Breakfast was included in our room rate and had so much choice. We eat in the restaurant for lunch a dinner but also had room service and dinner on our balcony which was lovely and a little bit cheaper to. The view every where are fantastic, it takes 30 minute to get up the mountain so you are very high. There is a little airport way below and we loved watching the planes take off over the lake and we were still way above them. We took a walk through the Algra mountain one morning and whilst it is challenging (its very steep) it is so beautiful and worth the climb. I could say so much more but I think you should just go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed you will come away feeling on top of the world. My daughter loved it so much she is going to return with her husband for their 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Kurhaus we had the best time.

We had a wonder stay for two nights. The hotel is a classic with lots of history and a perfect location for walking to the town or enjoying a swim in the Lake. The formal restaurant was outstanding. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the lake. The Pizza restaurant was perfect for a casual dinner with a great view.

camera molto bella e spaziosa, luogo tranquillissimo e splendido, immerso nel verde ! ottima privacy.... la colazione, abbondante, è fornita presso il 5* attiguo Villa Principe Leopoldo, in una cornice incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago ! se fosse inclusa nel prezzo, sarebbe veramente il paradiso 😀invece, va pagata a parte.....del resto, in questo mondo non si può avere tutto 😉😉 un hotel da tenere in considerazione, merita !
