"Esperávamos muito mais deste hotel. No check-in, a recepcionista foi muito simpática, assim como o carregador de malas. O quarto era sóbrio, mas limpo, e não tenho nada a comentar sobre isso. No entanto, não tínhamos água quente, mesmo depois de ela correr por mais de 15 minutos. O barman foi antipático e comentei diretamente com ele que ele precisava aprender a sorrir, que não custa nada. Mas o mesmo aconteceu com os garçons do restaurante buffet. Embora o hotel estivesse ocupado apenas por cerca de 30%, eles foram muito lentos e antipáticos. A seleção de comida era muito limitada. O café da manhã não incluía bacon e tinha apenas um tipo de presunto e queijo. Almoço e jantar, o mesmo. Pequena seleção de vegetais e pratos especiais, um tipo de peixe e um tipo de carne. Sem queijo, sorvete ou mesmo pudim de sobremesa. Sei que é baixa temporada em Samaná neste momento, mas esperava mais de um hotel Wyndham. Além disso, dirigindo até lá, você pode se perder, pois não há placas ou instruções a seguir. Fica no meio do nada."

"21 Palms é uma estrutura que eu recomendo para quem quer visitar Las Galeras, que fica em um ambiente mais tranquilo e mergulhado no verde. Está localizado pouco fora do centro, mas, no entanto, confortável para chegar em carro as principais praias da área. Um ponto de força é certamente a proximidade da Playa del Aserradero, que, em minha opinião, é uma das mais belas praias de Las Galeras e absolutamente a ver. O dono Andrea é uma pessoa muito simpática, disponível e, acima de tudo, um grande trabalhador. A estrutura foi construída em grande parte por ele próprio, a partir de um projecto que ainda continua hoje há anos: está completando algumas novas casas familiares, realmente acolhedoras e dotadas de tudo o que é necessário. Também recomendo que você experimente o pequeno-almoço, disponível com um suplemento."

"In the photos the structure looks different. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. However, we must say things as they are. A general refresh is needed. The shower was disgusting to enter. The door didn't close so instead of changing rooms we had to leave the room open. If there were a more feminine touch perhaps it would be different"

"We loved staying in Las Galeras and at Michelle’s beautifully quaint LaBellaventura. Our cabin was surrounded by a beautiful garden and we totally loved it. The location is ideal and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Michele is a walking encyclopedia of Las Galeras and recommended amazing restaurants and adventures depending on the weather. Also the breakfast served by Michelle felt like being at home. If you are looking for an opportunity to unplug and enjoy the beautiful Las Galeras Island vibes, this is the right property!"
