這次帶家裡長者雲南行，昆明是第一站，龔館給長者家留下了極好的印象，得到一致💯💯💯💯💯💯好評。 1，我們一共三間房，酒店很早就預留了相連的房間，方便照顧，且三間房間都做了升級。 2，長者出行，有葯物需要冷藏，每天早晚要拿出取葯，葯物放在酒店的餐廳冰箱，每天服務員都協助取葯。 3，每次出行，禮賓都幫忙攙扶長者上下車。 4，酒店設施完善，硬件設備都非常新。 5，早餐兩天，也會有不同品種的更替。 6，樓層安靜，睡懶覺不會被打擾。 7，這次雲南安排的時間長，酒店代收了小件快遞。 8，位置去市區各景點都非常方便，打車不遠。

Great location near Biji Park. Lots of great food very close by and walk to local shopping streets.  Staff had little English but all good with translator apps. The hotel is ‘light’ as it is just rooms, eg no bar, restaurant, gym etc. The price is excellent, shower pressure very good. Easy transport options everywhere.

Five-star review! The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. Check-in was fast. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. The soundproofing is great, ensuring a high quality sleep. The value for money is absolutely amazing, everything was top-notch. I will definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

非常棒的入住體驗！房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，窗外風景也很美。前台接待員小鄒，辦理入住時笑容親切，詳細介紹了酒店服務，還貼心地為我們升級了高樓層房間。退房時主動詢問行程，提醒天氣變化。賓至如歸的感覺，下次一定還會選擇這裏！

The location is great, near the subway station. Inside the room is tidy and neat; no complaints. But the corridor is a bit messy. One thing not making me satisfied is that the indication of hotel is not clear. Upon arrival at the nearby location, I searched for a long time but couldn't find the hotel. Until i stepped into another hotel then found out it was its sister hotel which also handles the check-in service for this hotel. I complained that there's not enough indication to show where the hotel is so they must improve it or else no one can find this hotel, particularly those who cannot understand Chinese!

第一次到這邊酒店來住，整體感覺還是很不錯的，酒店是才開不久的，各種設施都比較新，而且前台也比較認真負責，有需要直接和他們説，他們都會盡量滿足。求點距離，腫瘤醫院很近，走路600多米就可以到，還可以免費停車，整體還是很推薦的。

The hotel is very new. It has AC and amenities are pretty new. It is smart voice control, so kind of fancy. The bed is comfortable. The comforter is too thick for the summer time. So we have to turn AC temp really low, but it is not energy saving. I would suggest to have some blanket ready for some guests. The shower drain is slow, need to unclog regularly. The location is great for me since I am visiting my family close by. but it’s not in the center of the city. The staff is nice and helpful! They answer my questions via WeChat very quickly! Overall good stay and cost effective!

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！推開房門，房間不僅整潔如新，還佈置得温馨雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去瞬間卸去旅途疲憊。智能設備、迷你吧等配套一應俱全。從前台到保潔，工作人員服務熱情，辦事效率高。
