這次帶家裡長者雲南行，昆明是第一站，龔館給長者家留下了極好的印象，得到一致💯💯💯💯💯💯好評。 1，我們一共三間房，酒店很早就預留了相連的房間，方便照顧，且三間房間都做了升級。 2，長者出行，有葯物需要冷藏，每天早晚要拿出取葯，葯物放在酒店的餐廳冰箱，每天服務員都協助取葯。 3，每次出行，禮賓都幫忙攙扶長者上下車。 4，酒店設施完善，硬件設備都非常新。 5，早餐兩天，也會有不同品種的更替。 6，樓層安靜，睡懶覺不會被打擾。 7，這次雲南安排的時間長，酒店代收了小件快遞。 8，位置去市區各景點都非常方便，打車不遠。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！推開房門，房間不僅整潔如新，還佈置得温馨雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去瞬間卸去旅途疲憊。智能設備、迷你吧等配套一應俱全。從前台到保潔，工作人員服務熱情，辦事效率高。

Absolutely amazing; 5 stars all the way! 👍 Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Having access to free, self-serve, laundry services was a huge unexpected bonus. The hotel is within easy walking distance to many restaurant options, KTV, as well as fruit stands and a Walmart. Public transportation was also within easy reach; Kunming Changshui airport is a very smooth 40-50mins away, outside of peak traffic. Room was quiet, very comfortable, and kept to an excellent standard. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast option (there were so many other alternatives nearby), but I did take a peek at the many buffet options; I would definitely add the breakfast option if I were pushed for time in the mornings. I simply could not have asked for a better home away from home! I was so impressed with my stay, I booked the same hotel chain for my next stop in China.

This hotel is my top choice for business trips. It's conveniently located close to where I need to be. The room layout is simple yet elegant. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip, as the entire stay was very pleasant. Both the public areas and the guest rooms were spotless. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are professional and polite. You can really feel the attention to detail, making it a very enjoyable stay.

The experience of this stay exceeded expectations, the hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel for food. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are intact and odorless, and the sound insulation effect is good. The location is great, near the subway station. Inside the room is tidy and neat; no complaints. But the corridor is a bit messy. One thing not making me satisfied is that the indication of hotel is not clear. Upon arrival at the nearby location, I searched for a long time but couldn't find the hotel. Until i stepped into another hotel then found out it was its sister hotel which also handles the check-in service for this hotel. I complained that there's not enough indication to show where the hotel is so they must improve it or else no one can find this hotel, particularly those who cannot understand Chinese!

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店位置特別好，出行方便，周邊配套也很齊全。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很快捷，態度温柔又有耐心。房間乾淨整潔，採光通風都不錯，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮，休息得特別好。衞浴設施齊全好用，熱水充足，洗漱用品品質也在線。整體環境安靜雅緻，裝修簡約大氣，細節處都很用心。衞生打掃得很細緻，沒有異味和死角。性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適。下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，真心推薦給大家！

第一次到這邊酒店來住，整體感覺還是很不錯的，酒店是才開不久的，各種設施都比較新，而且前台也比較認真負責，有需要直接和他們説，他們都會盡量滿足。求點距離，腫瘤醫院很近，走路600多米就可以到，還可以免費停車，整體還是很推薦的。
