Eu estava preocupada em lavar e secar as roupas no quarto, mas a recepção me informou que eles ofereciam um serviço gratuito de lavanderia e secagem. Enviei as roupas no mesmo dia e as recebi à noite. Estavam incrivelmente limpas, inclusive com as manchas da minha gola perfeitamente removidas. Depois de secas, as roupas tinham um aroma leve e agradável, e estavam dobradas com perfeição – até melhor do que as que encontro em casa! A atenção aos detalhes do hotel também foi impecável. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo, a roupa de cama macia e confortável, e o café da manhã era farto e delicioso. Eles até ofereceram água engarrafada no check-out, demonstrando seu cuidado e hospitalidade genuínos. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na próxima vez que estiver na região; tem um ótimo custo-benefício e eu o recomendo fortemente!

Opting for Sofitel during my trip to Kunming was an excellent decision; I was thoroughly impressed. The lobby was impeccably clean and spacious, making for a pleasant first impression. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient in handling requests, showing great attention to detail. A special shout-out to Mia, whose warm and thoughtful service truly embodied the 'excellent service' that guests often mention – she absolutely lived up to the hype. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, perfect for relaxation, and the quiet nights ensured a good rest. The hotel's prime downtown location made it convenient for catching taxis and exploring the shopping districts. With a perfect balance of great facilities and outstanding service, my stay was exceptionally comfortable. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation when I visit Kunming again, and I'll be sure to rebook.

travelling as a family, i requested for 2 rooms that i booked to be closer together when checking in. ms. 赵 Yuma was very helpful and arranged accordingly. she even provided and upgraded room type so that the rooms can be nearby. the good service doesn’t start or end there. when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. the location of the hotel was also decent, with the wanda mall beside the hotel and a short car ride away from the city centre and train station. even though the hotel opened several years ago, thefacilities are well maintained and the room decoration still looks good.

Coming to Kunming Paperman, I realized just how competitive hotel service can be! Let's start with the human touch: 1. They set up a WeChat group for butler service; upon arrival, the butler met me downstairs. 2. A beautiful welcome flower basket. 3. Whether I was out or in the evening, they'd let me pre-select afternoon tea snacks and deliver them to my room. 4. When I accidentally scraped my foot outside, they quickly provided iodine swabs and Yunnan Baiyao adhesive bandages. 5. I unknowingly left my bracelet in the restaurant in the morning; when I reported it at 10 PM, the butler team returned it to my room in 13 minutes – incredibly efficient and well-organized. 6. They proactively offered daily linen and duvet cover changes. 7. Every time I passed the front desk or saw hotel staff, they were always smiling and greeted me warmly. 8. Breakfast was available until 1 PM, plus afternoon tea and late-night snacks, truly allowing for sleep flexibility and no worries about food. Now for the hardware and details: 1. Full set of caviar toiletries – excellent to use. 2. The vanity came equipped with cotton facial towels, mouthwash, earplugs, etc. 3. Dyson hairdryer; after washing my hair with caviar shampoo, it was so smooth I didn't even need a comb. 4. Truly blackout electric curtains. 5. The latex memory foam pillow was genuinely comfortable. 6. Both the overhead rain shower and wall-mounted shower could be selected to run simultaneously with a button; the temperature was stable and water flow abundant, making showering a real pleasure. 7. The rooftop infinity pool is great for photos, and the design and decor of the restaurant and floors are thoughtfully done... There's so much more I could write; it's got everything a star-rated hotel room service should have. The only flaw was an uncontrollable power outage in the evening, leading to the elevators being out of service for several tens of minutes? But all things considered, that's completely insignificant. I love this level of competitive hotel service, and I'll definitely choose Paperman again next time I'm in Kunming!

We love Novotel City Centre Kunming so much. The rooms were excellent - comfortable bed n pillow, clean n nice toilet with bidet, extremely helpful staff that helped us throughout our stay: Mila the guest relation officer - she helped me arrange a surprise birthday dinner for my daughter complete with a private room and birthday cake that she ordered and paid upfront for me, Yang and James helped us with our luggages. We have fresh fruites everyday and they even gave us checking out gifts. I give Novotel City Centre Kunming 10 over 10. A perfect score for a perfect stay! For sure I will come again and actually Novotel has been always my hotel Brand of choice, wherever I go in the world, I always stay at Novotel and they never fail me. Thanks Novotel

My stay at the Hanting Hotel (South Asia Style First City) was extremely satisfying. The front desk handled my check-in efficiently and without hassle, and the staff member, Xiao Xu, was very kind and gentle. The room was clean and bright, with a well-designed wet and dry separation, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining and shopping options, and transportation is convenient. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the service is meticulous and warm. It's an excellent choice for business travelers.
