We had an extremely pleasant stay and felt genuinely well taken care of from start to finish. Before our trip, the team reached out to check on our ETA, and upon arrival, our rooms were already prepared. As it was our wedding anniversary, they even arranged a simple yet heartwarming room decoration, a gesture we truly appreciated. Some of my parcels were delivered to a collection station outside the hotel, and a staff member, Daisy, kindly offered to walk me there after her shift at 11pm. I wouldn’t have been able to access the collection point without her help, as scanning the QR code required a local number. Her kindness went above and beyond. During checkout, the team surprised us with a small bag of gifts and a handwritten anniversary note. It was such a thoughtful send-off. On the day we checked out, the morning shift staff helped with our luggage when they noticed I was alone with one of my kids (my husband was with the other two). Their attentiveness made everything so much easier. We booked connecting rooms, they were spacious, comfortable, and came with a lovely view. Perfect for families. Overall, we are very grateful for the hospitality shown throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kunming!

The best hotel in this 10-day trip. The hotel is very easy to find. Just walk out of the subway station, exit D, turn left a little bit and look at the road on the opposite side, you will see the yellow hotel sign. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to customers. Traveling from Kaili to the hotel at 7 am. I said that I traveled by train all night, can I check in now? She said okay, upgraded the room to a large room. The room is very clean. Complete equipment. Convenient transportation. At night, there is a barbecue restaurant opposite the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. If anyone comes to visit Kunming, I recommend it.

Absolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.

Hotel is nice and convenient. Everything are in good standard. There is flower city (flower dome) next door so can take a look. I like the rice noodle shop next to the hotel, it's beautiful restaurant with good food&good taste&good price.

Facilities: This is a new hotel with very modern facilities. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast spread is exceptionally good. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is top-notch. I stayed for several days, and it felt consistently clean and hygienic. There's a dedicated person cleaning daily, the towels are good quality, and the shower pressure is excellent. Environment: The environment is quiet, which I think is its main selling point. It's set back from the main street, but taxis can still easily access it, which is very convenient. Service: All the staff here have excellent attitudes!

This is my second stay at Manxin. I stayed at their Nanjing branch last year and had a great experience, so I chose Manxin again for my trip to Kunming. This hotel is really excellent. The lobby is spacious, with two fresh bouquets of lilies filling the air with a natural floral scent, not perfume. The service is exceptional; as soon as we stepped out of the car, the front desk staff immediately came to help us with our luggage and brought it to our room. The room itself is clean, tidy, and quite large, with a spacious bathroom that has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very diligent, replacing and replenishing supplies daily. Bottled water is conveniently placed in the stairwells, so you can just grab one when you head out. The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk have excellent service attitudes; they're always ready to answer any questions and even helped my husband and me plan our routes, setting everything up on our phones so we could just open and use it. We're very grateful to them. When we left, they even saw us off to our car. The hotel breakfast is also great, with bread, milk, eggs, freshly ground coffee, pastries, nearly ten hot dishes, steamed buns, dumplings, sweet potatoes, corn, and even noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and fruit. The hotel's location is also very good. Turn right when you exit, and there's a small street full of snacks. Go a bit further, and you'll find a market with everything you could need, especially a lot of fruit. Across from the market is a subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross the intersection, there's a large shopping mall with two floors (4th and 5th) dedicated entirely to food. The rotating hotpot on the upper floor is quite unique. When traveling, a clean place to stay, enjoyable food, and attentive service are key, and this hotel delivered on all fronts. I took many photos, but unfortunately, this old lady doesn't know how to send them.

Não entrou Na porta do estacionamento, não ouviu o chamado KTV no primeiro andar, Pode morar no sexto andar, e por SUA vez, $130 por três Horas Da meia-noite, o que você quer viver 😧, 😓 Há Muitos Casas no país que não podem viver. O equipamento é velho. Há rastros de anos no Templo. O sistema de estruturas de casa é velho. Já viver é barato. É este preço. This stay was great! Hotel location is very good, convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sleep was very solid. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the response was very fast. Health is in place, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high. The overall stay is very comfortable, I will choose this next time I come, I recommend everyone to stay! There is a manager Li at the front desk who is very caring and the service is very good.

I stayed here before, and it was great value for money and a cool location next to Expo Garden. Unfortunately, this time, we were rather disappointed: hotel is rundown, their dinner buffet stopped operating last year, food at the remaining restaurant is expensive for China standards and not authentic. The Expo Garden is basically closed. They still have it open, but a lot of facilities there are either not maintained or closed. Quite a disappointing remnant of what it was before covid. Cleaning was barely acceptable. Nothing was outright dirty but quite dusty. The family room is good for parents with a child.
