We're staying in the Grand Park hotel, where we always stay during our holidays. On Friday, we needed to see the vet for our cat, that we brought with us to the hotel, because she wasn't feeling well for the last 2 days and seemed like she was ill. We called the vet, and he told us to come to the clinic immediately but we only had ten minutes left, before they would close . We didn't know the way and we needed someone to drive us with our car to the clinic quickly. When we got to our car, we asked for help at the reception but no one took their time to help us, except Rikardo, who was very kind and helpful, as he was the only one to take his time to drive us there, ”saving us” in that stressful situation. When we arrived at the vet, he helped carry the cats cage to the waiting room, where he waited with my daughter until the cats examination was finished, then drove us back to the hotel. The location is really good. The old town, the amphitheater, the Arc de Triomphe, the temple, and the pier are all within 500 to 1000 meters on foot. However, there is no elevator, so you carry heavy bags up to the second floor. do. It was 8:00 in the morning, so I went down for breakfast, but there was nothing prepared and I waited for more than 10 minutes, so the manager came out and said that this was breakfast, with 3 slices of bread, an egg and cheese omelet, and coffee. The rooms are clean and spacious, with oversized balconies. Staff not on their best game, but good enough. One of them was not particularly enthusiastic about helping the guests, but the other one intervened relatively quickly when she noticed my light bulb was not functioning. The good thing about the beds is that each has a few sockets and a curtain you can pull in order to get more privacy and block the sunlight which can be important in the morning. Great location

Just got back from a 7 night stay and WOW what a wonderful Hotel. The location is great, its an easy 15 minute stroll along the beautiful ”flat” coastal path into the Old Town. The Old Town is hilly with lots of quaint cobbled streets a few roads back from the harbour to explore. It has plenty of great restaurants, we found Sante Croce and Fondiaria to be particularly good. The Hotel has free bikes to borrow you can have them for as long as you like, we cycled through the wooded nature park to the left of the Hotel and beyond the Old town to the right. Breakfast in the Hotel is served until 12, it includes a very extensive cold buffet plus hot cooked food to order, theres ample choice. The bedrooms all face the bay, they are a good size and have huge bathrooms, with Molton Brown toiletories. The only downside for the rooms is they could do with a set of drawers for clothes storage. Theres a kettle with a varierty of different tea bags and they will give you milk from the restaurant. It is spotlessly clean with very professional friendly staff. In addition to the Hotels spa you also have free use of large gym, sauna and spa area which is located in the Hotel next door and can be accessed via a linked corridor from the Monte Mulini. I had a wonderful massage in the Spa at the Monte Mulini. Very impressive lobby and bar area, with beautiful terrace to have a drink and watch the sunset from. Wine and olive oil tasting in the Wine Vault was great. We also had a lovely surprise from the Hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Thank you Monte Mulini for making our stay so special, we hope to visit you again sometime soon.

The Superior rooms are modern and functionally furnished. Comfortable beds, wooden floors, electric jealousies and a modern bathroom with XXL shower feature the rooms of 4-Sterne-Hotels. The breakfast in the restaurant Milan is extensive: home baked bread, wonderful cakes, Istrian sauce and cheese products, egg food prepared as desired, as well as a selection of cereals and fruit. To do this, a very good tea and coffee selection. The safe parking spaces at the house, the Enoteca and the olive oil shop are other advantages of this family hotel. Here you can buy good wines from your own cultivation and sensationally good olive oil. After the degustation in the restaurant, we experienced the first few days of fresh green oil of the first pressing harvest 2019 at a very cheap price. We recommend Milan as the ideal weekend and airport hotel in Pula.
