Because the platform company is in Jinan, Shandong, I stayed at the nearby Ramada Hotel. This was my second stay and my experience was as good as my first stay. Both the stay environment and the attitude of the staff were good. Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete. I understand that this hotel has been in business for a long time, but the facilities are not all outdated and still meet the high five-star standards. Service: There should be a concierge at the door. The service is very good, especially Dalila who checked in. She is very patient and will solve the problem step by step. She always helps solve the problem with a smile. Her enthusiasm makes me feel good about the hotel. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hotel's hygiene should be good. I saw someone wiping the luggage trolley in the morning. They were doing these details at a time when most people couldn't see them. I believe other aspects will put my mind at ease. Next time I stay, I will still make it my first choice. I will also highly recommend this Sheraton hotel to my friends.

This hotel was superb, only one thing to consider. The bathroom with sliding glass door is a nice idea but there should be some kind of curtain to stop the light shining through. In the middle of the night if you switch the bathroom light on then the bedroom where your partner is sleeping also lights up. Other than this the staff were very kind and helpful. Spoke English well enough to assist us.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

It is worth mentioning that the slippers have great friction, good foot feel and excellent comfort. The mattress and pillows are also very comfortable, I had a good night's sleep. The TV screen is clear and screen projection is convenient. Although there are few varieties in the breakfast area, it is basically complete, and the meals are exquisite and delicious! It's a pity that other hotels have been booked for the second night, otherwise I will definitely stay again! A great experience! Gained a new understanding of Hampton Hilton. For future business trips, Hampton Hilton must be an option!

overall hotel is good. just the breakfast that claimed included in the booking actually only for one person per room. I booked two rooms for 4 person. If all of us go for breakfast will need pay extra. 69RMB each person. Although actually we didn't go for breakfast at all. So no comment on food. I came to Jinan for a business trip. There was only this five-star hotel near the company, so I chose the Junrui Hotel. After arriving at the hotel, I felt pretty good. The service staff were very enthusiastic. They took me to the room after checking in. Along the way, I introduced the hotel's facilities. There is also a gym on the second floor. It is very good to take time to practice. The bed in the room is comfortable to sleep on, and the sound insulation effect of the room is also good, very quiet at night.
