This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Adorei o ambiente, a decoração e, acima de tudo, o serviço que este riad nos ofereceu desde a nossa chegada até o check-out. O funcionário que nos recebeu foi muito prestativo e informativo, e havia dois funcionários do turno da noite que foram incrivelmente prestativos, organizando nosso café da manhã (já que tínhamos que sair super cedo) e nos acompanharam para nos mostrar o caminho mais seguro para a praça ao amanhecer. Mesmo quando nos perdemos no caminho para o riad, o funcionário também nos buscou e nos ajudou com nossos pertences. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este riad para amigos ou familiares que queiram viajar para o Marrocos, especialmente para Marrakech!

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita no centro histórico. Você pode ir a pé a muitas atrações. Em frente ao hotel, há uma excelente loja de souvenirs (os preços são um pouco mais altos do que no mercado e são fixos, mas a qualidade é um pouco melhor e é mais agradável para quem não gosta de pechinchar no estilo oriental). O hotel em si é encantador, autêntico, mas, ao mesmo tempo, há ar-condicionado e sabonete líquido. Um excelente hammam e massagens são oferecidos no primeiro andar do hotel. Na cobertura, há uma pequena piscina com água morna e um terraço com espreguiçadeiras! A única desvantagem é o café da manhã! Extremamente limitado! Como os europeus: uma panqueca, uma omelete, um copo de suco de laranja (de verdade, espremido na hora), um bule minúsculo para dois copos pequenos de 100 ml de chá e uma cafeteira com a mesma quantidade de café, 50 mg de iogurte em um copo, um pedaço de bolo. Tudo é individual! Tudo é minúsculo! Bem, tudo bem com a comida! Mas eles não podem deixar chá de menta à vontade no café da manhã??? E instalar uma cafeteira??? Sério, 100 ml de cada - isso é ridículo!!! Sim, e um pequeno damasco no copo! Também incompreensível! Coloque um pratinho com cerejas, damascos e banana na mesa! Estávamos lá no início de junho, há toneladas de frutas no mercado próximo, os preços são baratos!!!! Teríamos comprado nós mesmos, mas os quartos não fornecem louça e é difícil lavar bem as frutas!!! Se este maravilhoso riad mudar esses dois pontos (chá grátis e pelo menos um pouco de fruta no café da manhã), então isso já terá uma resposta muito positiva das pessoas que se hospedam neste hotel!!!! No geral, tudo foi bom!

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Tivemos 5 dias fantásticos! Gostamos muito deste hotel durante os 5 dias. Foi ótimo que não estivesse muito cheio. Os funcionários, da recepção à limpeza e ao serviço de quarto, foram todos incrivelmente simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto era limpo e arrumado diariamente. Não ficamos perto da piscina, o que na verdade apreciamos, pois era maravilhosamente tranquilo lá. Havia três elevadores disponíveis e quase nunca tivemos que esperar. Nossa estadia incluía café da manhã. O serviço foi amigável e a comida simplesmente excelente: nada sofisticado, mas boa e saborosa. Usamos apenas a piscina coberta, onde notamos que o filtro era trocado a cada duas horas, o que é bom saber que está bem conservada. A localização é ideal; você pode chegar a qualquer lugar rapidamente. É especialmente conveniente poder ir a pé direto para o shopping Menera Mall. As crianças se divertiram muito na área infantil. Uma estadia fantástica, e lembramos com carinho desses 5 dias! Definitivamente recomendado.

Остановились в данном Риаде на 3 ночи, и ни чуть не пожалели! Очень красиво и атмосферно, будто попадаешь в сказку, и круто иметь возможность прочувствовать их историю и культуру жизни. Хозяйн, что встретил нас и дальше помогал со всеми насущными вопросами, был очень вежливым и гостеприимным. Завтраки были очень кучными и сытными, особенно хотелось бы отметить их кофе (просто отдельное произведение искусства) А еще есть бассейн в свободном доступе😍 Рядом с Риадом было маленькое кафе, по ценам очень дешево и безумно вкусно😌 Мы долго думали вначале, стоит ли бронировать данное место, но ничуть не пожалели о нашем решении💛

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay

Tivemos o prazer de nos hospedar no Riad Jibril durante nossa visita a Marrakech, e que experiência deliciosa foi! Nosso anfitrião, Iheb, realmente merece o título de lenda. Desde o momento do check-in até o check-out, ele tornou a nossa estadia memorável. Embora possa não ser um hotel 5 estrelas, proporcionou uma experiência marroquina única e autêntica que superou as nossas expectativas. O riad em si, com a sua arquitectura tradicional, era limpo e convidativo. O destaque foi sem dúvida o terraço sereno, um oásis tranquilo longe da agitação da medina. Uma noite, deliciámo-nos com sheesha no terraço, uma experiência deliciosa que nos custou apenas cerca de 70 MAD. Tivemos também o prazer de jantar na esplanada, onde saboreámos deliciosos tagines a um preço bastante razoável de 60 MAD cada. As habilidades culinárias do chef foram verdadeiramente impressionantes. O café da manhã servido todas as manhãs era tradicional e caseiro também! O que tornou a nossa estadia verdadeiramente especial foi a atmosfera calorosa e acolhedora criada por Iheb e pela equipe. Chegamos como convidados, mas saímos nos sentindo como amigos. Fomos até amigos dos dois adoráveis ​​​​gatinhos residentes, Sofia, a malhada de pêlo comprido, e Leena, a gatinha ruiva. A presença deles deu um toque extra de charme à nossa estadia. A localização do Riad Jibril era perfeita, e o camelo em frente à casa de câmbio servia como um excelente ponto de referência. O riad ficava no beco oposto, na segunda porta, facilitando a localização. Gostamos especialmente da proximidade com Kasbah, perto do Café Zeitun, um dos nossos locais preferidos para visitar à noite. O terraço iluminado por lanternas do café proporcionava vistas majestosas que tornavam as nossas noites ainda mais memoráveis.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
