This hotel is still basically the SwissBell Inn that it replaced. There's fresh paint, the lobby looks nicer, the rooms are basically the same with fresh paint. Except, the last 2 times I stayed there was no hot water in the shower in either of the rooms. That's quite a wakeup at 4am getting ready for an early flight. The towels are old. Maybe time to replace those rags after all the other work they did there. The bed is fine, comfortable enough, but I have encountered some suspect stains on the sheets and bed cover. The staff is very nice. The hotel food is average and a bit expensive for what you get. The airport nasi goreng with chicken is the best bet on the menu for me. There are still mosquitoes in the restaurant, it's been that's way since my first stay in 2022. Bring bug repellent if you want to sit down to eat! The shuttle to the airport is prompt. Unfortunately it now stops running at midnight, so you're on your on if you have a late flight. The price is inexpensive. Around $30+ with shuttle included. Breakfast buffet is additional cost, not worth it to me. There are several other hotel options nearby in similar price range that may be better. But I have been sticking with this one because if anything, it's consistent. Fyi- grab car from from airport is about $5-6 USD. I bought the airport meet and greet for an extra $3 from trip.com. Totally worth the few extra $ to walk outside and get immediately taken to your ride. Previously I've waited up to 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. And even with a grab car you'll still be waiting a bit after arrival. Summary. It's absolutely adequate for the price.

The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure. The breakfast is really good. For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us. All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

D’primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 Wellness Center is a convenient and practical choice for travelers in transit or with early flights, located right inside Soekarno-Hatta Airport’s Terminal 3. The rooms are clean and modern but quite compact, with no windows and limited space for large luggage. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the wellness center offers a nice place to relax before or after a flight. While the location is unbeatable for airport access, some guests note minor issues such as noise from the corridor, fixed air-conditioning, and small bathrooms. Overall, it’s a great option for short stays and rest between flights, offering comfort and efficiency rather than luxury.

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and had a comfortable experience. The room was well maintained, the working environment was convenient, and the service was professional. The location made commuting easy, which added value to the stay.

Cheguei de Bali perto da meia-noite. Consegui combinar um horário para o embarque, mas o motorista teve que pegar muitos passageiros em terminais diferentes, então o tempo para chegar ao hotel levou cerca de 80 a 90 minutos, enquanto de táxi levaria apenas 10 minutos, o que pode custar 100 mil. Por volta das 7h, eu estava de volta ao aeroporto para pegar meu voo das 10h de volta para Hong Kong. Parabéns aos motoristas, que são todos simpáticos e corteses. Melhor opção de hotel do que o Capsule no terminal 3, que era muito barulhento quando eu estava a caminho de Bali antes, e que custou quase o mesmo. A corrente da fechadura foi cortada e separada, o que me deixou bastante inseguro, mas graças a Deus nada aconteceu.

Quarto: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. Infelizmente, EU estava no canto direto do quarto de pessoal, e o pessoal entrou e saiu toda a noite, e EU acordei de ruído. A sala não é suficientemente brilhante para trabalhar.

Lobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

We booked this hotel simply because we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close to the airport. At this price, we honestly didn’t expect much — and yes, it has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. That’s about it. The biggest problem was that our room was on B1. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant underground smell. The room was also extremely tiny. Even with just hand-carry luggage, we struggled to find space and eventually had to put it in the bathroom. If you have large suitcases, good luck. There is also nothing around the hotel — no convenience store, no restaurants worth mentioning. The entire area is basically just airport hotels. So, if your only requirement is “I need somewhere cheap to close my eyes for one night before my next flight,” then sure, this place will do. But if you expect anything beyond the absolute basics, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport is pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it. They do offer airport transfers, which is a nice service, but the operating hours are 6:00 AM–9:30 PM, so unfortunately it didn’t work for our flight schedule. In short: cheap, close to the airport, and that’s about it. You get what you pay for.

A convenient option near the airport, especially for couples in transit. The rooms are clean, the check-in is smooth, and the environment is quiet enough for a restful night. Couples who stayed had no complaints and seemed satisfied with the overall comfort and service. It's not fancy, but it does the job well for a short stay near Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
