"I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers."

"Nice Location, near to airport. Also hotel have provided free shuttle Van to Airport, which is very convenient to those wanna travel early to airport."

"The hotel is nicely located. Has a nice pool as well. Staff is helpfull and friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 nights here. 1 night at the arrival of our vacation and 2 at the departure. The breakfast is really good. For the two nights at the departure, we were offered an upgrade (from garden view to lake view). The room we booked was a kingsize bed but we got a twin room instead. So it wasn't really helpfull for us. Also the airconditioning in the room was a bit off. Only could do mega cold but since we we're away a lot, It didn't really bother us. All in all it's a nice stay, but the upgrade didn't make sense."

"This hotel is still basically the SwissBell Inn that it replaced. There's fresh paint, the lobby looks nicer, the rooms are basically the same with fresh paint. Except, the last 2 times I stayed there was no hot water in the shower in either of the rooms. That's quite a wakeup at 4am getting ready for an early flight. The towels are old. Maybe time to replace those rags after all the other work they did there. The bed is fine, comfortable enough, but I have encountered some suspect stains on the sheets and bed cover. The staff is very nice. The hotel food is average and a bit expensive for what you get. The airport nasi goreng with chicken is the best bet on the menu for me. There are still mosquitoes in the restaurant, it's been that's way since my first stay in 2022. Bring bug repellent if you want to sit down to eat! The shuttle to the airport is prompt. Unfortunately it now stops running at midnight, so you're on your on if you have a late flight. The price is inexpensive. Around $30+ with shuttle included. Breakfast buffet is additional cost, not worth it to me. There are several other hotel options nearby in similar price range that may be better. But I have been sticking with this one because if anything, it's consistent. Fyi- grab car from from airport is about $5-6 USD. I bought the airport meet and greet for an extra $3 from trip.com. Totally worth the few extra $ to walk outside and get immediately taken to your ride. Previously I've waited up to 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. And even with a grab car you'll still be waiting a bit after arrival. Summary. It's absolutely adequate for the price."

"The service was OK. It was clean place, Room was spacious. Breakfast is just a basic. But best is location, very near from Airport. If you have less luggage you can walk to the Airport."

"Had a good sleep at this hotel. It's not fancy but it's a reasonable option if you have an overnight layover in CGK T2. T3 has at least 3 other hotels at different price levels so you would find a newer hotel over there if your departing flight is from T3. The hotel is located inside the T2 terminal near the skytrain station. If you need to get to another terminal the next morning, you should budget an additional 30 minutes for the trip. Food choices in T2 are much less than in T3 but there are a few outlets that open 24 hours, so, as long as you are not choosy, you won't go hungry (we had A&W and it was lousy). This hotel starts serving breakfast at 3 am. Breakfast is not fancy but adequate, with salad, fruit, the usual buffet of rice and pasta, a few complements, bread, coffee, etc. You might need help with heavy luggage to bring them up & down the ramps at a couple of staircases. There is a BIG smoking room near the reception. A peculiar thing with this hotel is that the rooms are spread along long corridors on both sides of the reception. If your room number is 1, it'll mean a ＞200m walk from the reception."
