Amazing view, great service and atmosphere

Hotel was a nice and clean place where they equipped with telescope, soaps etc. and all kinds of helpful kits. However when the hotel called local taxi for me the driver charged me doubled price vs. As it should be. Cannot say it’s hotel’s fault but the service experience is not great from that beginning. Loved owner’s attention to details at home but service can be better

The hotel keeper makes it a very good place to stay.  The breakfast is good.  The house is spacious.  The service is great.  Appreciated very much.

Lovely hotel. Good restaurant. Reception a little disconnected and felt ‘on your own’. Could be a superb hotel if they changed the guest policy from children age 8+ as infants and babies impacted on other guests due to the open plan hotel layout.

O restaurante serve a cidade de casa, mas os menus não variam entre almoço e jantar, por isso ficar lá por alguns dias e comer neste restaurante pode tornar-se opções repetitivas/limitadas. Enquanto a natureza toma e o eco é o primeiro passo, há algumas coisas que podem ser melhoradas para aperfeiçoar a sua oferta: - Uma área de assentamento mais confortável - isso ajudaria os hóspedes a relaxar e a ficar frito para se sentar confortavelmente durante dias quando está chovendo. - variar o menu entre almoço e jantar - Possível adicionar uma piscina / jacuzzi para aumentar a relaxação ou melhorar o luxo - quartos acima do artesanato e pelo Landry poderiam fazer com alguma modernização. Em geral, este é um óptimo hotel para ficar e as melhorias acima podem fazer-lhe excelente. A localização é tranquila (a natureza é a única coisa que faz barulho!) e é fácil obter um táxi ordenado para a cidade custa cerca de USD 6. Se pedir à recepção para organizar a viagem florestal nublada, por favor note que isso não inclui a recolha do hotel e um táxi vai custar US$ 20). O pessoal do hotel estava impressionante.Obrigado por UMA boa estadia e UMA visão memorável.

The hotel has a gorgeous view. We had a nice stay. Friendly staff. Recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Montverde. Hotel Poco a Poco was a wonderful hotel, quaint, personal and beautiful. The location was great and we enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We did not use the spa service but did enjoy the walk through the gardens.

The hotel environment is very good, the location is good, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the friends are very satisfied. It is a good choice for local travel. The local climate is pleasant and the scenery is beautiful 🐧

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.
