Hotéis em Monteverde com balcony

Hotel was a nice and clean place where they equipped with telescope, soaps etc. and all kinds of helpful kits. However when the hotel called local taxi for me the driver charged me doubled price vs. As it should be. Cannot say it’s hotel’s fault but the service experience is not great from that beginning. Loved owner’s attention to details at home but service can be better

The hotel keeper makes it a very good place to stay.  The breakfast is good.  The house is spacious.  The service is great.  Appreciated very much.

The hotel has a cool decoration. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk to the city center and has plenty of parking space. The breakfast is good and tasty. Friendly staff.

O pessoal do hotel estava impressionante.Obrigado por UMA boa estadia e UMA visão memorável.

The hostel is very nice. There are spaces for parking, a nice kitchen area and a very nice and friendly staff. Laundry service is also available as well as several tours!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Montverde. Hotel Poco a Poco was a wonderful hotel, quaint, personal and beautiful. The location was great and we enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We did not use the spa service but did enjoy the walk through the gardens.

The hotel environment is very good, the location is good, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the friends are very satisfied. It is a good choice for local travel. The local climate is pleasant and the scenery is beautiful 🐧

It was a very nice hotel and the service was fantastic. We were super well helped and couldn't wish us a better place in Monteverde!

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.
