As crianças adoraram o hotel porque fica perto da estação de metrô, o café da manhã era delicioso, o quarto tinha banheira, o tamanho era ideal e, o mais importante, a cama era muito confortável. "Self check in and check out using kiosk. Was assigned top bunk bed, even though im the first to check into the room, troublesome.. Right beside night market, crowded.. Walkable to red line station. Only 4 showers. There is water dispenser."

"We would definitely come back! Room was spacious. Location is prime and just 2 minutes away from the Taipei Metro Station. Another 2 minutes away from the National Museum. Surrounding you have decent number of eateries and there is a shopping mall just across the street. There is a food court on the 11 & 12th floor with a good place to get some local food as souvenirs and of course a supermarket. The hotel comes with a business lounge to have your coffee or tea. Laundry to do your necessary washing. They collect TWD1000 as refundable deposit. And offered 3 complimentary beer vouchers. We stayed for 2 nights and apparently housekeeping service is not offered."

"Everyone's needs are different, so there's no such thing as a perfectly flawless hotel; you'll always find both satisfaction and complaints. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Location, convenience, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, and safety – everything was absolutely perfect!"

"A great choice for solo travelers. The capsule bed is clean and they even have more storage for you to keep your things on the head side of the bed. Very convenient so we don't have to go back and forth retrieving our stuffs from the luggage. They also have mirror on each capsule (very thoughtful!). Free flow of hot drinks and snacks in the kitchen and they provide free bread at 7-10am every day in the mornin The location is very strategic, not even 500m from the M8 gate of MRT Taipei Main Station. Tips for those who are arriving in Taipei by airport MRT, TRA or THSR, do not make the same mistake as mine by taking the main exit from the station building because you need to cross the street by using the bridge. Just look for M8 MRT exit (escalators available) and you'll be fine."

O pequeno-almoço foi muito simples, porrilha, pão, arroz frito com 3 pratos, deserto, saladas simples, sumo de laranja/soja e café."

"I really appreciated how close the hotel is from the station. Be prepared for Google Maps to list places in Chinese, not English. I liked the room I rented because it had it’s own bathroom. The toilet was a bidet which was great! I liked the rustic style of the hotel. I found a hair and some stains in the sheets, but the room overall felt clean. I really liked the location, too because I could walk to all the places I wanted to see! I recommend staying here. :)"

"The location of this hotel is great as is situated directly opposite Taiwan Station. Many undergone shops connected directly from hotel elevator. Within walking distance to shin kong mitukoshi mall and many eatery nearby the hotel. On a side note - hotel running on thin manpower. Front office quite clearly shortage of staff and no proper direction which counter for check-in and check-out. Some of the staff onsite in suits does not marshal guests around. they simply stood there even the traffic was really heavy over the weekend. From my observation, room service seems like manning with minimum manpower to serve and run a hotel with 400 rooms capacity. ? Over in laundry room - for a designated hotel with 400+ rooms ＞ only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. This need to be improved. Everyone were queing and we need to run backforth many times. Remember hospitality industry is to serve with a HEART. The room was spacious and clean but we noticed the paint on our room ceiling was half done - joke aside we were wondering they run out of paints."
