Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Accolade Hotel Chongqing. A localização é fantástica e muito conveniente — fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé do Mirante Eye in the Sky (云端之眼), o que facilita muito os passeios turísticos. A equipe de atendimento ao cliente foi excelente. Quando chegamos e ainda estávamos nos adaptando ao quarto, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, pacientes e prestativos. A calorosa hospitalidade deles nos fez sentir muito à vontade. O quarto estava muito limpo e bem conservado. Não havia poeira, o banheiro estava impecável e dava para perceber que o hotel era bem novo. O quarto também é espaçoso e com uma vista incrível, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Considerando a qualidade, o conforto e a localização, definitivamente vale a pena. Agradeço muito a todos os funcionários pelo excelente serviço e hospitalidade. Com certeza voltarei na minha próxima viagem a Chongqing. Altamente recomendado!

Foi minha primeira vez em Chongqing e escolhi um dia perfeito para embarcar na viagem. Inicialmente, eu planejava me hospedar por três noites consecutivas no Park Inn by Radisson, perto de Raffles City, mas achei os quartos familiares deste hotel com um ótimo custo-benefício. Eles foram reformados recentemente e tudo era novo. Como eu estava viajando com crianças, prestei atenção especial à limpeza, que estava impecável e organizada. Este hotel tem fácil acesso a atrações como Jiefangbei, Raffles City, Hongyadong e Eighteen Ladders. A rua que sai do hotel é um ótimo local para tirar fotos dos pontos turísticos. A equipe da recepção foi excelente e a faxineira foi muito educada. Se eu fosse visitar Chongqing novamente, este hotel seria minha primeira escolha.

Minha estadia no Urcove by Hyatt Chongqing foi simplesmente incrível. Desde o momento da minha chegada, o serviço foi acolhedor, atencioso e genuinamente receptivo. Os funcionários foram incrivelmente profissionais e sempre prontos para ajudar, fazendo com que eu me sentisse bem cuidado durante toda a minha estadia. O quarto era impecável, moderno e cuidadosamente projetado, com cama confortável, layout espaçoso e todas as comodidades que se espera de um hotel da rede Hyatt. Apreciei especialmente os pequenos detalhes, como a iluminação bem planejada e os produtos de higiene pessoal de alta qualidade, que realmente elevaram a experiência. Em termos de localização, é perfeitamente conveniente. O fácil acesso às atrações próximas, a uma curta caminhada de Hongya Dong e Jie Fang Bro, além das opções gastronômicas e de transporte, tornou a locomoção por Chongqing muito fácil. No geral, este hotel superou todas as expectativas. É um lugar que equilibra conforto, estilo e excelente hospitalidade. Com certeza, eu voltaria e o recomendo fortemente a qualquer pessoa que visite Chongqing.

Beautiful property with Michelin quality. Love Sunyata Ren-ai’s modern architecture and interior designed around its history. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed yet highly functional - a rarity for heritage hotels. For instance, the standalone mid-century wood wardrobe reminds you of what a priest would have in his room yet it opens up with plenty of storage and is lit internally. There are no awkward corners on the property, and space is strategically used and designed with a gorgeous mix of textures and colours.  Extremely hospitable service - hotel staff are wonderfully helpful and reach out ahead of your stay to follow up on details. That was how they found out my luggage had burst from a faulty zip and way too many books - immediately arranged for additional person to be on standby with a box for the books. During the stay, they worried about whether i needed extra binding for the luggage and then also had 3 colleagues on standby on checkout to help me bring my stuff out (xiaofan, ningning and xiaogan) who waited by the street with me to see me off. Honestly they were more worried than i was! And this is the pinnacle of hospitality where hotel takes greater ownership on addressing and pre-empting your concerns.  Room inclusions are great:  1. Breakfast is set in a beautiful restaurant in a stone basement. Selection is small but competently executed. The noodles are perfectly seasoned, fruits are fresh, coffee strong. 2. Afternoon tea - i had thought they would casually bring out the usual scones and sandwiches the kitchen was going to make on the fly, but it came instead with a choice of coffee and their desserts on display for sale. This means you get an intricate dessert - for free! 3. Supper - given my work and flight itinerary, i ordered in their complimentary supper, delivered at 9pm. again, not a matter of leftovers. They brought in beautifully plated 4 dishes for both nights, balanced in terms of staples, taste, texture, which is sufficient to satiate you without overfilling you for the night’s rest. 4. Photography - we all know the prowess of Chinese photography. i was apprehensive as i’m usually behind the camera and i wasn’t dressed for the occasion nor had professional makeup - the 3 weeks of non-stop work commitments showed! However, the energy and kindness of the photographers made the session really enjoyable, and not to mention the hotel provided an unmatched background for phototaking. They also edited the photos within an hour for you to choose from - you get the first 5 free, but you’d be tempted (AND PLS DO) to choose more. In terms of location, this is a destination hotel, blending beautifully in Mountain City Alley, with all the modern creature comforts. You wake up in the morning to empty walkways, interrupted only by birds and curious cats. The street livens up to little shops selling trinkets, vintage pieces, coffee (many of them), clothes and snacks. In the evenings, the light warms to an orange hue and you watch the sunset over the city in the quiet of your room. Mountain City Alley is not (yet)as commercialised as other ancient towns (each selling the same suite of souvenirs and mala soup base) and each shop had its own personality. Hotel is perched near the peak of the mountain city alley. if travelling by car, you’d need to drop off at Jiashi Old Folks’ Home and take the stairs (5min) down to the hotel which has a discreet corridor next to the church. Hence those with mobility issues - consider yourself warned.  Sunyata is one brand to watch and I’ll be back!

The location and hotel itself is very nice. We booked the most expensive room with panoramic view. In the morning, due to our schedule we had to leave early at 7:00am… we asked simply for 2 coffee and 2 boiled eggs or some pastries take away, having the breakfast included in the price of the room. The answer has been “we only have you coffee cause our breakfast start at 8:00am”… so you wanna tell me that the chef, if the breakfast start at 8:00, at 7:00 is not in the kitchen preparing the food?!? I believe anyone can do 2 boiled eggs… even the ladies who received us in reception. The attitude was very bad. We asked for an adapter… they said “we don’t have”. The service was really terrible.

A melhor localização! Fica mesmo em frente (atrás) de Hongyadong e perto de muitas atrações. Muitas opções de comida (logo abaixo, à direita, na saída, há uma linda loja de noodles). O metrô fica perto e há muitas lojas, shoppings, mercados e lugares para explorar. A vista do hotel era linda, o quarto acomodou confortavelmente duas pessoas com malas grandes. O quarto era arrumado diariamente com toalhas e água. Os funcionários foram muito prestativos quando precisamos de algo e ficaram felizes em receber e guardar algumas encomendas que havíamos enviado até nossa chegada. O Wi-Fi era bom e a pressão e a temperatura da água eram ótimas. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos aqui novamente! Foi muito acessível e central 👏🏼👏🏼

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jiefangbei, with the pedestrian street just downstairs – super convenient! However, it can get a bit noisy, especially with all the tourists downstairs at night. The room itself was great, very new, and the bedding was excellent quality, making for a really comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Chloe, who thoughtfully arranged breakfast for me. And the view of the Yangtze River from the 29th floor is absolutely stunning!

Overall, as stated by many other reviews, this hotel is the value-for-money champion. Personally, I would rate if a hotel were a real five star hotel or simply a 'self-proclaimed' five star hotel based on the service rendered. Le Meridien Chongqing excelled in this aspect. Every staff member I had interacted with was friendly and warm. Check-in: Was swift and unlike many chinese hotels which are distrusting of their customers, they did not ask for a deposit. Saves the hassle. Room: It was spacious, I had previously read some other reviews which complained about the red cupboard at the entrance was terrifying, but personally I liked the chinese style decor. The aircon was slightly noisy and not the most effective, but I liked sleeping in a slightly cooler room. The bed was comfortable, although one side seemed to be more 'slept in' than the other, possibly a sign of the hotel's age. I did also notice some stains and wear and tear in the room but it was nothing serious so I will let that slide. The greatest sign of wear and tear is the shower head, which although was Hansgrohe branded, felt like it was about to break when I tried to change the shower mode. Toiletries were from the Malin+Goetz brand, which I really liked! But of course, ThisWorks branded ones used by Marriott hotels are slightly better. Facilities: There was an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym- with a smith machine, something that is not available in some 5 star hotels. Impressive! Breakfast: This was the greatest let down in the stay experience. As I was going up the lift, I noticed a sign stating that breakfast was on promotion at 68RMB per person. That could not mean anything good. The breakfast experience was cut to the bone. There were almost no hot cooked food options, except from basics such as eggs, toast, cooked chongqing noodles(plain) and dumplings. There is simply no way that this acceptable as a 5 star hotel breakfast, something that seems to be mentioned by other reviewers. Other hotel restaurants- Not too sure why I bothered to try out the other hotel restaurants after the disappointing breakfast but, the chinese restaurant served food that was tasty, but the so-called ala-carte buffet was not great. The food options seemed like leftovers from another hotel buffet or something, and I counted a total of 5 pieces of beef when I ordered the dish 'black pepper beef'. Service was good and seemed well-intentioned though, although they seemed puzzled that I was not ordering more-- The food was not good! Location: Located in Nan'an, I had chosen this hotel as it offered better value for money than its 5 star competitors in JieFangBei or the Conrad. It was also located in front of a Rail Transit station although I only used it once since the trains were crowded and it was quicker to grab a DiDi around. I think the biggest plus regarding its location is the adjacent Wanda Plaza, which had everything from a Sephora, Uniqlo and many other shops. I regretted not visiting it first before hopping on the train. To summarise, I would recommend a first time visitor to Chongqing to stay in this hotel, but would I visit it again? Perhaps not, as I would like to try out other options in Chongqing that are newer, and can provide better breakfasts.

Como eu estava viajando a negócios e de terno, tirei algumas fotos na moto, o que ficou muito imponente e produziu ótimas fotos 📷. 2️⃣ A roupa de cama é superconfortável. Eu estava um pouco tonto depois de um jantar de negócios, mas o colchão de espuma de látex e o edredom de pena de pato personalizados do hotel me proporcionaram uma ótima noite de sono 🛌. 3️⃣ O quarto é grande o suficiente. Quando colegas e clientes vêm sentar no sofá e conversar, o espaço não parece apertado. A escrivaninha também é conveniente para trabalhar no notebook durante a viagem de negócios 🛋️💻. 4️⃣ O hotel fica em Jiefangbei, e a estação de metrô Linjiangmen fica logo abaixo. Levei apenas 3 minutos para caminhar até o Templo Luzu para um brunch e 5 minutos para ir ao Daijiaxiang tomar café, superconveniente 🚇.
