The hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

Estava cansado de querer descansar de casa, pediu para verificar o SEU sono tardio, e o SEU check-out regular é 11:00 AM, e recebemos 12:30 AM. Às 9h15, a casa estava no chão, as portas estavam a bater, a falar alto e a bater, enquanto os hóspedes não estavam prontos para sair. Eles tinham UMA borracha de fogo e que veio com música áudio Como no quarto era muito alto e desagradável. A primeira vez que experimentamos isto talvez seja um protocolo.

We had a twin room, and it was quite small, but the 1.35m beds were decent. The shower water pressure, however, was absolutely unacceptable – it was so low that a woman washing her hair would easily take 40 minutes to rinse it properly. You can just imagine how weak it was! The hotel's location is excellent. We didn't use public transport, but there's a station right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. You can walk to all the city's attractions, which was great fun. The only downside is being in the city center; there's constant noise from police sirens, ambulances, or fire trucks. Initially, the price was 3.5K per night, but then it suddenly dropped to 1.5K. I'm not sure why, but it worked out well for us.

I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise. Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover.

Muito limpo! O quarto também é muito tranquilo e há uma loja de conveniência 24h nas proximidades. O atendimento na recepção também é muito bom. A temperatura ambiente era muito boa e confortável. I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Nos hospedamos aqui para um voo matinal saindo do Aeroporto Internacional Pearson de Toronto. O quarto era bem equipado, com lavadora e secadora, forno e fogão. No entanto, ficamos decepcionados ao constatar que não havia utensílios de cozinha disponíveis – nem panelas, frigideiras, pratos, garfos ou colheres. Ao perguntarmos na recepção, fomos informados de que esses itens não estavam disponíveis. Tínhamos a intenção de cozinhar no local, mas acabamos tendo que jogar a comida fora, pois não havia como prepará-la. Além disso, a limpeza geral poderia ser melhorada, pois encontramos restos de comida no sofá.

The view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure

A perfectly fine place to stay for cheap! Clean with good service. Like the reviews say, it's a little noisy, and the area isn't great. No hidden fees or tricks, and the price is great
