"This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Addressing Disparities in Service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi I am writing to express my observations regarding the service at Southern Sun Abu Dhabi, which I have frequented during my travels as an African professional in international sectors. While my second visit offered a satisfactory experience, I've noted a concerning disparity in the level of service provided during my first and most recent stays. Specifically, I've perceived a difference in how staff, including those of African descent, engage with and assist African guests compared to those of European backgrounds. On two separate occasions, I felt a marked reluctance from the porter to assist with parking my vehicle or to allocate a driver, a stark contrast to the prompt and proactive assistance offered to a European guest who arrived just before me. This experience left me feeling as though I was actively seeking a basic service that was readily extended to others. These instances have led me to question whether there's an unconscious bias influencing interactions with African professionals. As a frequent international traveler, I value seamless and respectful service, and it is disheartening to encounter situations that suggest otherwise. I believe it's crucial for Southern Sun Abu Dhabi to ensure all guests, regardless of their background, receive consistent and equitable service. Addressing these perceptions will not only enhance the guest experience for African professionals but also reinforce the hotel's commitment to inclusive hospitality."

Eu tive UMA experiência incrível de ficar EM Ramada por Wyndham Abu Dhabi Downtown.A partir do momento EM que cheguei, o pessoal estava Quente, bem-vinda e sempre pronto para ajudar.A chegada era rápida e suave, e a equipe de Frente de trabalho estava certa de que tudo estava perfeito. A sala estava descontraída, espaçosa e bem mantida com todas as acomodações modernas que você esperava super confortável cama, banheiro limpo e Grandes vistas para a cidade.A manutenção Da Casa FOI excelente todos OS dias. A localização é perfeita no coração da cidade, perto de Corniche, lojas e restaurantes.O restaurante do hotel serviu comida deliciosa, e o pequeno-almoço buffet tinha muitas opções frescas. Em geral, um estadia fantástico com grande valor por dinheiro.Eu definitivamente recomendaria Ramada Abu Dhabi a qualquer pessoa que visitasse a cidade por negócios ou lazer. O tamanho da piscina e da praia é bem suficiente, especialmente se você tem crianças com você, todos os quartos eram realmente limpos com dispositivos inteligentes para controlar as luzes e cortinas. "Excellent hotel Smooth check-in and check-out process. Great customer care throughout. The morning reception team on 10th November were friendly and supportive. The only drawback was the limited breakfast options."

"We stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany. The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room . My husband do the check in and from the FO staff tell that our breakfast is not included, then later on we check our booking since we booked it by trip.com and we showed them the booking confirmation that our breakfast was already included . Still she insisted that they can’t find it and she need to call the reservation department to confirm it and after that they said it’s already included . Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it. The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come . We go again to the lobby to follow up. We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room. She’s very helpful and friendly. My daughter likes her too 😊The breakfast buffet in Hilton was very huge you have too many options and the food is also good. My daughter loves pancake she always go to the pancake station, the cook who make the pancake he’s a guy I forgot to get his name 😅 he’s very friendly and always smiling when we ask for some pancakes . Just only one thing we observed that the hot drinks is always takes time to come and sometimes is double. Maybe the communication should make it more better,so not much thing needed to throw and the time much more efficient . I would like to thank to shariah and Jee Ann from breakfast hostess they greet us every morning when we go to the restaurant and ask us if everything is fine.The simple warmth greetings always make a day.They have kidsclub to offer so that you can bring your own kids to play or you can leave there for awhile. On our 3rd day we ask about late checkout in FO for our 5th day because we had a late night flight they requested it to the reservation agent to to ask the availability and the price. They tell us that we need to inquired it again on our 5th day they make a note for late checkout. So we go to FO on our last day ask about the late checkout, I think his name was Ronald he told us that they don’t have any information, we are disappointed because the communication in this hotel is not working. But thanks to Ronald that he helped us to make a late checkout and extend our stayed for a couple of hours. Of course you need to Pay for late checkout. About the our room was very nice sea view,but it’s much better if you booked it with sea view and you can see the Emirates palace view or City view. We jus thought if you book sea view its automatic that you see the Emirates palace view and sea view but it’s not you just see the pool view and sea view."
