Tudo estava perfeito.O hotel está localizado centralmente, perto de atrações e centros comerciais, um táxi 5-minute viajar longe.A sala foi excelente.O pessoal era muito útil e amigável.O alimento era delicioso e variado. Temos boas memórias e queremos voltar um dia.

Temos UMA estadia incrível, um Hotel e instalações bonitos, e um agradecimento especial para Kamran, que NOS deu UMA boa recepção e um serviço de prêmio.

We stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany. The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room . My husband do the check in and from the FO staff tell that our breakfast is not included, then later on we check our booking since we booked it by trip.com and we showed them the booking confirmation that our breakfast was already included . Still she insisted that they can’t find it and she need to call the reservation department to confirm it and after that they said it’s already included . Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it. The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come . We go again to the lobby to follow up. We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room. She’s very helpful and friendly. My daughter likes her too 😊The breakfast buffet in Hilton was very huge you have too many options and the food is also good. My daughter loves pancake she always go to the pancake station, the cook who make the pancake he’s a guy I forgot to get his name 😅 he’s very friendly and always smiling when we ask for some pancakes . Just only one thing we observed that the hot drinks is always takes time to come and sometimes is double. Maybe the communication should make it more better,so not much thing needed to throw and the time much more efficient . I would like to thank to shariah and Jee Ann from breakfast hostess they greet us every morning when we go to the restaurant and ask us if everything is fine.The simple warmth greetings always make a day.They have kidsclub to offer so that you can bring your own kids to play or you can leave there for awhile. On our 3rd day we ask about late checkout in FO for our 5th day because we had a late night flight they requested it to the reservation agent to to ask the availability and the price. They tell us that we need to inquired it again on our 5th day they make a note for late checkout. So we go to FO on our last day ask about the late checkout, I think his name was Ronald he told us that they don’t have any information, we are disappointed because the communication in this hotel is not working. But thanks to Ronald that he helped us to make a late checkout and extend our stayed for a couple of hours. Of course you need to Pay for late checkout. About the our room was very nice sea view,but it’s much better if you booked it with sea view and you can see the Emirates palace view or City view. We jus thought if you book sea view its automatic that you see the Emirates palace view and sea view but it’s not you just see the pool view and sea view.

Este hotel em específico é sempre a minha escapadela, porque gosto das instalações, tudo é perfeito, desde a cama aos funcionários, e quando peço algo para o quarto, chega em segundos. Os funcionários da recepção são muito simpáticos e prestáveis ​​e sempre me oferecem upgrades. Recomendo vivamente.

Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

Eu também apreciei a piscina, o ginásio e o estacionamento gratuito. Excelente valor para dinheiro – Perfeito para as viagens de negócios e lazer.Recomenda-se!

Um hotel muito bom. Limpo, aconchegante e com ótima localização. Os cafés da manhã eram deliciosos e a comida fresca. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar nossa recepção, então ficamos um pouco nervosos. Mas no final tudo deu certo. Conseguimos deixar nossas malas até o dia do nosso voo.

Instalações: O hotel é um pouco velho. O interior não parece um hotel de cinco estrelas, no máximo três estrelas. No entanto, a localização é muito boa. para comprar muita comida e lembranças. Higiene: A higiene está bem, mas a água na pia do banheiro não é muito boa, e a banheira não é ruim, mas não há banho. Serviço: O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, relativamente rico e todo de estilo ocidental.Se você mora no 17º andar, pode ver o local do pequeno-almoço no andar de baixo. O edifício em forma de anel é único, mas quem tem medo de altura não deve olhar para baixo~

We are so glad and happy to stay in this 5 star hotel. All thanks as well to Filipino hotel reservations who upgraded our hotel stay from standard to junior suite. The room is nice and big , clean and comfortable stay .

Very good hotel till in the morning some workers begin to work very loud in the room nearby so i needed to wake up. Other things are very good at this hotel
