Wonderful place for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to Balito Junction Mall in case you want to have your lunch/dinner away from the resort; free shuttle service provided to the mall. A walk away from the Indian ocean Friendly staff, excellent and wide choice of food from all the restaurants.

This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!
