Hanói Hostels

The main thing that make this hotel standout is about it location, close to most of Hanoi most famous spots. For the price, it is very good choice considering the convinient of the location. The room is normal, I book a Deluxe Queen Room, the view is good, however the amenities are quite old, since my room is on the top floor, the sound of the elevator is clear and really annoying. The hotel pressure also not good, and even though the room have a nice bathtub, the water heater is a old small device and not enough to fill the bathtub with hot water. The room is quite spacious though. All in all, if you need a hotel with good location to explore Hanoi on foot, this hotel is a good choice, but keep in mind that the room may not satisfy you. And I personally dont recommend the room on the top floor.

This is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong. The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025. The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

One of the worst customer services we have had in more than 6 months in Asia. Upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us two upper beds, despite us arriving at 6:00 AM and having booked weeks in advance. Politely, using both English and a translator, we asked to change to bottom beds, as we noticed upon entering the room that out of the 6 beds, only the two of us had checked in, and we asked if we could be near each other since we are a couple. Her response? ”Impossible! We are fully booked! The system does not allow changes.” Repeatedly. We innocently thought it was a system problem. Since we had a second consecutive reservation, we managed to get her to agree to change us for the second booking. When the day arrived, she moved us to another room, much worse, with bottom beds but separated. We complained to stay in the same room, negotiating for just one bottom bed since it seemed ”impossible” to have both, even though it was 9:00 AM and almost all the beds had been vacated by guests! At first, once again ”impossible,” but after insisting, she agreed to only one bottom bed. When asking to change the top bed because it was right next to the door—which rattled and practically didn't let me sleep for two nights—again: NO, IMPOSSIBLE. After having to ask her several times, she reluctantly agreed and did both changes in ONE minute. Was it THAT difficult? And also, clearly it was NOT a system issue in the end, which was very dissapointing. The beds are comfortable, but if you have a bed in room 3A next to the door, the door mechanism does not cushion the impact and the door makes the entire wall next to your head in the cubicle rattle VERY loudly. They should have a way to muffle the door noise. A LOT of street noise comes in through the balcony door. If you are a light sleeper, better look for another option. The cleaning staff makes a great effort to keep everything clean, as it is a hostel where they don't give you ”slippers”; therefore, all the dirt from the street comes in with your shoes, and when stepping on the wet bathroom floor from the shower, it gets spread everywhere. They give you clean towels every day, which is an interesting plus. In the end, it was a mixed experience, with a very dissapointing aftertaste because of the receptionist treatment. If you are looking for cheap facilities for a short stay, it is good. If you have problem with noise, be careful of room 3A. Location and neighborhood is nice.

The hostel is wonderful. Everything went at the highest level, i was greeted, told where i could exchange money, buy groceries for the night. I wanted to stop for one day, but in the end I stopped for two. The room is clean, the bathroom and toilet are also clean. At the entrance, I was given a towel and slippers (new, packed). Breakfast is not included in the price, but in the morning I saw bananas for 5,000 dong, there is a cafe nearby where you can have a snack for 40-50, 000 dong and drink delicious coffee for 30,000 -40,000. Все прошло по высшему уровню, встретили, рассказали где можно обменять деньги, купить продуктов ночью. Хотела остаться на один день, но осталась в итоге на два. В номере чисто, в ванной и туалете — тоже. Дали полотенце и тапочки(новые, упакованные) при въезде. Завтрак не включен, но утром видела бананы за 5.000 донгов, рядом есть кафешки, в которых можно поесть за 40-50.000 донгов и попить вкусный кофе за 30.000-40.000. Желаю хостелу дальнейшего процветания! Всех благ.

Como já escrevi, o albergue oferece pequeno-almoço delicioso, que é servido todas as manhãs no lobby - o pequeno-almoço é muito cheio, então você não VAI ficar com fome.Também, a pedido, eles podem preparar o almoço ou jantar para você, e você também Pode usar o bar. Além de comida e bebida, o albergue fornece serviços de lavandaria, você Pode alugar uma bicicleta ou bicicleta, e você Pode também organizar várias viagens de Hanoi e suburbanos de Hanoi. I noticed almost imperceptible sweat stains on the pillow. The shampoo and shower gel bottles were almost empty. The air conditioning had a musty smell. However, the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also good. The taxi service was reasonably priced, even cheaper than Grab, but the SIM card was much more expensive than what you could buy in the city. The owner is very friendly.

Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room,but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room,there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life,first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.

Foi simplesmente deslumbrante. O quarto é limpo e o proprietário é simpático. Coloquei o livro japonês no segundo andar, embaixo da TV.

This is a fine hostel for the price. A lot of place your bed. Shower room just fine. While hanoi is all noisy and fast, the locations is just average market streets. Which is fine for Hanoi. Managers are easy to communicate. I prepaid my booking online. At first they missed it. But double checked afterwards. And returned money. So this is fine place for fair price.
