"The hostel's location is pretty close to all shops anywhere within the Old Quarter. The only downside is it is situated inside a narrow alley which is a little bit difficult to find. The capsule cabin's size is pretty descent (a couple can even fit inside). This is a nice hostel. Just an honest observation during my stay, there was a smell within the room but I don't know what is that."

"O hotel fica bem perto do ponto de ônibus de Hong Kong, onde desembarcamos, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé. De dia e de noite, podíamos ir a pé para qualquer lugar, seja ao mercado, às lojas ou aos restaurantes próximos. Pedimos um upgrade para um quarto com duas camas e o preço também era bom. O quarto era muito espaçoso, com ar-condicionado, comodidades e banheira. Adorei que o espelho da penteadeira tivesse luz própria, o que facilitou muito na hora de me maquiar. As camas eram confortáveis ​​e a TV era fácil de usar. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, eles se certificaram de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Até tínhamos chá da tarde todos os dias (embora pudessem ter variado um pouco o cardápio, já que eram sempre os mesmos bolos, rs). Mas foi muito apreciado. Infelizmente, durante nossa estadia, houve um pequeno incêndio, mas a equipe cuidou de nós tão bem que não nos sentimos inseguros em nenhum momento. "One of the worst customer services we have had in more than 6 months in Asia. Upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us two upper beds, despite us arriving at 6:00 AM and having booked weeks in advance. Politely, using both English and a translator, we asked to change to bottom beds, as we noticed upon entering the room that out of the 6 beds, only the two of us had checked in, and we asked if we could be near each other since we are a couple. Her response? ”Impossible! We are fully booked! The system does not allow changes.” Repeatedly. We innocently thought it was a system problem. Since we had a second consecutive reservation, we managed to get her to agree to change us for the second booking. When the day arrived, she moved us to another room, much worse, with bottom beds but separated. We complained to stay in the same room, negotiating for just one bottom bed since it seemed ”impossible” to have both, even though it was 9:00 AM and almost all the beds had been vacated by guests! At first, once again ”impossible,” but after insisting, she agreed to only one bottom bed. When asking to change the top bed because it was right next to the door—which rattled and practically didn't let me sleep for two nights—again: NO, IMPOSSIBLE. After having to ask her several times, she reluctantly agreed and did both changes in ONE minute. Was it THAT difficult? And also, clearly it was NOT a system issue in the end, which was very dissapointing. The beds are comfortable, but if you have a bed in room 3A next to the door, the door mechanism does not cushion the impact and the door makes the entire wall next to your head in the cubicle rattle VERY loudly. They should have a way to muffle the door noise. A LOT of street noise comes in through the balcony door. If you are a light sleeper, better look for another option. The cleaning staff makes a great effort to keep everything clean, as it is a hostel where they don't give you ”slippers”; therefore, all the dirt from the street comes in with your shoes, and when stepping on the wet bathroom floor from the shower, it gets spread everywhere. They give you clean towels every day, which is an interesting plus. In the end, it was a mixed experience, with a very dissapointing aftertaste because of the receptionist treatment. If you are looking for cheap facilities for a short stay, it is good. If you have problem with noise, be careful of room 3A. Location and neighborhood is nice."

"Overall, the hotel is not really for everyone. First, the cleanliness could be better. The floor felt sticky, as if it hadn’t been properly washed with soap for quite some time. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day no water was brought to the room. There is no elevator, so you have to walk up a narrow staircase to the second or third floor. With luggage it can be quite inconvenient but the staff helped me with it. The area is very noisy. If you want to stay right in the middle of the pub street and enjoy the nightlife, it’s actually a perfect location. It can also work well for groups of young travelers — four people can easily stay in one room. For me personally it wasn’t the best fit. However, the staff at the reception were very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, I would rate it around a 3 out of 5."

"Adoramos nossa estadia aqui e reservamos novamente depois de voltarmos da Baía de Halong e da Ilha de Cat Ba! A localização é muito estratégica, perto da Torre de Água Hang Dau e da rua do mercado noturno ao longo da Rua do Trem. Os quartos são grandes e limpos, com todas as comodidades necessárias. O café da manhã é ótimo! O serviço é incrível, especialmente a recepção, que nos ajudou a organizar nossa viagem para a Baía de Halong, Baía de Lan Ha e Ilha de Cat Ba; eles foram muito prestativos! "Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it's convenient for sightseeing and visiting famous restaurants. If you're sensitive to loud music until dawn, you might find it difficult. As a relatively new establishment, it's very clean, but there are a few shortcomings. For example, the shower room lacks shelves or a place to hang clothes. However, both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were always friendly and had a bright smile, making every encounter feel pleasant."
