The hotel is indeed within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, but beware that the walk to the actual platform to catch trains is actually a 15-minute walk. This was my second stay, and I still appreciate the value pricing, efficient service, and high standard of maintenance (as it's a fairly old property). The rooftop pool is a treat for both frolicking or lap swimming. This hotel gets all the basics right, such as lighting, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens and comfortable pillows/mattress. I would be happy to make this my default hotel in Hong Kong if the pricing continues to offer such good value.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

They are so fast and efficient! I was allowed to check in at 9:40AM because my room was ready. I had left my large luggage there 5 days prior to my booking so it made it easier to get around Hong Kong. They even helped me to my room. Everything took less than 10 minutes so I was able to make the free shuttle to the subway station at 10:00AM. Erika was at the front desk and she helped me the day I checked in and checked out. Alex helped with my luggage both days as well. They are both so nice! Here is a picture of the free shuttle schedule that takes you too and from Tung Chung subway station. Also Disney was small but fun. The projections on the castle are much better than USA Disneyland and Disney World. Don’t forget to use the Disneyland app to get your pass for Playhouse in the Woods as soon as you get through the main gates at Disneyland.

Fantastic Stay at The Mira Hong Kong We had a truly memorable stay at The Mira Hong Kong, especially as we celebrated my mother's birthday. Upon check-in, the hotel - Guest Relations Team surprised us with a lovely cake for her and a sweet letter, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Mark, the check-in staff, was exceptional. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, demonstrating great professionalism and kindness. Kudos to him for making our arrival so welcoming! The housekeeping team also deserves recognition; they were incredibly helpful, and our room was spotless. The pool staff and lifeguard were friendly and provided excellent information about the area, enhancing our experience. Aaron, the mixologist at the bar, crafted fantastic drinks that added a special touch to our evenings. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wonderful variety of options—the Eggs Benedict was among the best I’ve ever had! On a side note, while waiting in the lobby after check-in, I witnessed a guest shouting at Mark. It was shocking to see, especially since he handled our check-in so well. I felt bad for him, as no one deserves to be treated that way, but I was impressed by his professionalism in the face of the situation. Overall, our stay was wonderful and my mother was very happy. I highly recommend The Mira Hong Kong for anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

Very good hotel, views-facilities-location-food-service, all spot on, have been staying here from several years and will continue to live and visit this nice facility, also will recommend this to all nears and dears visiting HK.

Luxury Must Be Told ! Rosewood is more than 5 stars hotel. If you want to have everything organized & in placed for the whole stay perfectly, stay Rosewood.

Consider huge room in hong Kong . Location near to Disney land Hotel provide shuttle bus service .

We stayed for a night with friend very happy with cleanliness and service. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Although location is slightly away from the Centre but transport is convenient to all amenities. We didn’t have a chance to eat in the hotel but within few minutes walk has some lovely places to eat, they serve lovely breakfast and dinner. I would definitely come back here again.

It’s my fourth time back to Fullerton and my experience is always great! Full desk check in counter was extremely helpful and friendly We were given a complimentary birthday cake and fruits for my niece birthday, the cake was actually tasteful One thing is there was some leftover beverages from previous customers in the fridge so we have to threw them away ourselves, other than that it was awesome

We were nicely surprised that upon hearing that we were celebrating our anniversary, the concierge promptly upgraded our room and offered some delicious macarons. It was a memorable moment and we had a wonderful stay a the hotel Icon thank to Ms Vivian Yu
