The location of the hotel is excellent, 100 meters away from the subway entrance and one stop away from the railway station. The lobby of the hotel is very atmospheric. All the hotel staff are very polite. When we checked in, we were given a good location on the floor. The buffet breakfast is not only rich in variety but also The quality of the waiters is very high, the cleaning staff are very careful, and they gave two more bottles of mineral water. This is a very pleasant living experience. The Hilton Hefei Yuanyi is indeed the best among the five-star hotels!

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

I went out with the 70-year-old man at home. I didn’t bring an umbrella. I took a taxi and called the front desk on the way back and asked them to bring an umbrella to the door to pick us up. I was rejected and a bit disappointed. . I hope that similar things won't happen again next time

Very close to Hefei Station. The room is large and the health is good. Breakfast is OK, overall the price is quite high. Outside the room is elevated, there is not much traffic in the car at night, and it will not be very noisy.

The landlord’s quality is very problematic. First, he strongly informed that there was no room and asked me to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I met a legal worker and couldn’t get through. Later, I said that there was a room. When I showed us the room, I found out that it was not the community I had booked before. It was far away from the school. After negotiation, one day's room fee was waived as compensation, but the electricity fee was charged. All sorts of annoying processes, I didn't check in until 3 o'clock in the afternoon that day, and took the children to wait for a few hours outside the community! Later, I called to threaten to give praise... Ctrip's customer service ladies are not easy. They coordinated and called countless times. When they met such an ignorant landlord, in order not to affect the child's exam, I had nothing but to say! However, the apartments provided later were not far from the school, the hardware facilities and environment were good, but the apartments did not have any services. The landlord said that all the apartments in Hefei every day belong to his family, and it’s not wrong to make money, but in general I believe that everyone is unwilling to find a business without integrity and quality
