As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

The room facilities are modern and compact and clean. When traveling alone, I prefer this room. The small hair dryer is horsepower. I forgot to remember the sign and wanted to buy one. The surrounding is very quiet, the curtains are good for shading, so I missed breakfast late, and wasted the kindness of the front desk brother to give me a free upgrade. Just near the library subway exit, close to the landmark buildings of Swan Lake and Anhui TV Station.

The location is quite convenient, not far from Vientiane City to Yintai to Swan Lake. The hotel provides parking coupons for underground parking. The room type is relatively comfortable. There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Hey, this price this time this service, I can say that it is generally the same, after all, the upgraded room type and meal coupons, the previous check-in was taken by the front desk to take the initiative to handle it 🙂

I am very satisfied with my first stay. The location is in the New Government Affairs District. You can see the Swan Lake. There are many shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. Kelly at the front desk is very friendly and the room is very clean. Next time I come to Hefei, I will choose Somerset.

Meine Erfahrung im Four Points by Sheraton war großartig. Das Einchecken hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten perfektes Englisch und sind meinen Zimmerwünschen bestmöglich nachgekommen, sodass ich schlussenldich ein Upgrade mit Blick über die Stadt hatte. Das Zimmer war mit allen nötigen Sachen ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar der Parkplatz unter dem Hotel war kostenlos. In meinen Augen blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Went there to spend some additional quarantine before I was allowed to visit some business partners. Got a mostly quite room which was clean due to everyday cleaning. The room was spacy and the toilet modern. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient. Also got some free water every day. Large shower. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It's near some shopping centers and restaurants so you don't have to walk long distances. Some of the staff can even speak a good English and they help you with a lot of things. You can wash your clothes for free. The internet is fast and mostly stable. The only thing that bothered a bit was the strong smell of smoke from cigarettes of other residents although smoking is forbidden. But I guess the hotel can't do much against rude behaviour. Will go there again 👍

In addition to the location is relatively biased, not easy to find, the overall layout of the room is still good. But a little can't stand it! ! From the beginning of the morning, the upstairs or downstairs, and keep snoring! I didn't sleep well on a business trip. If I did this, I couldn't sleep! I won't come again next time, I'd rather spend 100 more to go to the hotel opposite.
