Minha estadia neste hotel foi muito satisfatória. O hotel fica bem em frente à estação de trem, a uma curta caminhada da Rua Zhongyang e da Igreja de Santa Sofia. O quarto é muito limpo e possui aquecedor. O hotel oferece uma bebida de boas-vindas e lanches 24 horas no lobby, e o café da manhã é excelente. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Reservei uma estadia de uma noite para o nosso motorista. Era um quarto no subsolo sem janelas, enquanto que a reserva feita através da minha agência de viagens era para um quarto maior. A experiência foi boa, a recepção foi muito acolhedora e prestativa. Sempre sorrindo. O local estava limpo, as duas senhoras da limpeza eram muito detalhistas na arrumação. A localização é ótima, muito perto do Mercado Daoli, do Mercado Central e da Catedral de Santa Sofia, a uma curta distância a pé. Com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente e recomendarei aos meus amigos. * Este hotel oferece sistema de inundação completa e, o MELHOR de tudo, tem ar-condicionado!

Me hospedei no Hotel Tianzhu, bem ao lado da Estação Ferroviária de Harbin, e, sinceramente, é uma experiência um tanto decepcionante. A localização é o único ponto realmente positivo — estar ao lado do ônibus para o aeroporto e da estação de trem é uma mão na roda se você estiver carregando bagagem ou tiver um voo muito cedo. Essa parte foi super conveniente. Mas o quarto em si? Bem decepcionante. Parecia muito velho e desgastado, como se não tivesse sido reformado há décadas. O ambiente era meio decadente. Para piorar a situação, o chuveiro era um pesadelo. A pressão da água era péssima e a temperatura variava muito — ora congelante, ora escaldante. Isso tornou a preparação bem frustrante. Se você só precisa de um lugar barato para dormir por algumas horas antes de pegar um trem, ele serve, mas não espere muito. Provavelmente procurarei outro lugar da próxima vez se quiser uma estadia confortável.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly even though they know limited English. I didn’t take the breakfast. There is warm drink serve in hotel lobby for guest . The heater is functioning well. There is a bidet at toilet which i like.

Our first stop on a family trip, the 1.35-meter twin room was perfect – clean and with comfortable bedding. The hotel's location is excellent; you just walk out, cross a small street, and in three minutes you're at the Central Street Madie'er Hotel. Keep walking and you'll reach the popular Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. The Harbin Museum is right behind the hotel. The service was great too; I needed to print some express shipping labels for urgent work, and the hotel staff quickly helped me out.

Good hotel. The Zhongyang Street and Saint Sophia's Church are 500m from the hotel. Good location. Staff at the reception are awesome, very friendly and helpful. You can store your luggage also höre if you plane to go to China snow town. We left our luggage two days here and checkt in again when we back from China snow town. That perfect service.

Muito Feliz que escolhemos ficar aqui.O Hotel é pequeno do exterior e o lobby é simples, MAS quando você Entrar no elevador, tudo o resto é novo e luxuoso. Nossa Sala é grande, bonita com janelas grandes. O quarto e o banheiro estão bem equipados com novas tecnologias.O quarto é Muito limpo, é Muito leve e é renovado. Muito bem localizado, apenas 5 mn de caminhada para a igreja de St Sophia e 2 mn de caminhada para a famosa rua pedestrian. tivemos excelente estadia. Bom valor do dinheiro.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat.

The hotel impression is not quite great for me. It look chaos and no place for car to go near lobby. just park aside road and take few times before staff can see and help us for luggages. The room is spacious and comfy. i love the massage chair that help a lot for long day in harbin. however i expect more for minibar that they provide 2beers and 1 mineral water,4 tea bag. that's all. Welcome fruit was good,but still wonder for tomatoes are could be welcome fruit tho. Mattress is the best point, i sleep so tight and i promise it not because i am tired 😗 for the doll keep, get 6 coins and cant get the doll 🙂↕️ (need to ask staff for the coin, they not provide you when check in. That why i am not that satisfied for their hospitality much) tea break is variety but near playing area so it quite not make you feel rest. Breakfast is variety and nice taste! and heat water is fast it locate 50 m. from Shanghai street metro. that is super nice too. my room can see Ice and snow festival from windows, easy for booking to see the firework on newyear! overall is good for room, location but can improve for staff and lobby environment.
