Tive uma excelente experiência no Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Nunca ficamos sem itens de higiene pessoal em nosso quarto, e eles são repostos sempre que possível. Comemorei o aniversário do meu parceiro durante a nossa estadia e um funcionário até preparou uma surpresa para nós! Este hotel tem uma localização conveniente. A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Definitivamente me hospedaria neste hotel novamente! Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

Reservei uma estadia de uma noite para o nosso motorista. Era um quarto no subsolo sem janelas, enquanto que a reserva feita através da minha agência de viagens era para um quarto maior. True Go Hotel, Harbin – Comfortable and Thoughtfully Managed While the reception area felt a little cluttered, the rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just about 200 metres from a food street, making it easy to find meals and explore the area. What really stood out was the service. The reception team was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Even though the hotel is not large, they had a concierge who assisted us with purchasing attraction tickets and arranging transport to various places of interest. It was extremely cold during our stay, but the hotel really took care of guests. They provided free heat packs for those who were not fully prepared for the weather, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also free ice cream at the reception that guests could help themselves to — a small but delightful surprise. The room came with a humidifier, which made a big difference in the dry winter air. Thanks to the helpful staff, we were still able to visit places like Tiger Park and Volga Manor comfortably despite the freezing temperatures. Overall, a warm and well-managed hotel with thoughtful touches that made the stay much more comfortable. A great choice for anyone visiting Harbin, especially in winter.

Good Hotel, with good price, clean and silent! Maybe you may found the hotel with the name “Aulicar Hotel”! It’s the same! Have frigobar and amenities in the room! Good sound and whether isolation! Breakfast is “ok”! Works pretty well!

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

The entire experience was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! The hotel is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. But what really stood out was the staff's genuine attentiveness. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and handled check-in efficiently and patiently. Knowing we were out-of-town visitors, they proactively offered detailed advice on local attractions and dining recommendations, even providing helpful tips for getting around. Their attitude was gentle and sincere, completely devoid of any commercialized pretense. Throughout our stay, every service detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Housekeeping was prompt; whether we needed extra amenities or just had a simple question, staff responded and took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff were thorough and responsible, changing linens promptly and maintaining excellent hygiene. They were patient and accommodating with any requests, making our stay both secure and comfortable. The hotel's thoughtful, guest-centric services were a huge bonus. With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. Its prime location, comfortable environment, and meticulous, considerate service make for an exceptionally pleasant journey. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin and sincerely recommend it to all my friends coming to the city!

新開業的一家酒店，房間裝修比較新，但是房間很小，可能衹有十幾個平方，進門就是床。交通特別方便，出門走不了多遠就是索菲亞教堂。入住房間有贈送水果，但是衞生打掃的不夠細節，房間牆上還貼的有上一次客人的假睫毛，水壺裡還有水。我住的是B棟二樓的房間，靠近餐廳，早上七點左右開始餐廳進進出出關門聲音非常非常吵，還有服務人員對講機説話的聲音，非常非常吵。我是春節入住，價格幾乎是平時的三四倍，在退房的時候我要求延遲到兩點退房，前台客服不同意，我一再堅持，才同意延遲，過程就像菜市場買菜討價還價，我希望下午兩點退房，客服先是不同意延遲，然後同意十二點半，我堅持又同意一點、一點半，過程之搞笑。不過退房的時候前台還是就延時的事情給我解釋道歉，並且送了禮品。

No entanto, o quarto precisa de uma boa reforma, com muitas manchas antigas de mofo e marrom, não sendo adequado para pessoas exigentes. Mas, no geral, ainda é aceitável para dormir. Ele só queria o número do quarto e nem sequer entendeu o que eu estava perguntando, nem me explicou como pegar um voucher para o café da manhã no balcão. Os recepcionistas são bons. A conexão Wi-Fi/sinal de celular é muito ruim, principalmente no banheiro. Recomendaria se você apenas quer um lugar bem localizado para dormir, tomar banho e guardar seus pertences. Não recomendo se você planeja ficar no hotel para uma estadia de lazer ou trabalho.

My stay this time far exceeded expectations; it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city.
