Very good hotel, it's the 3rd time and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and got upgraded. The suite room is clean and has a comfortable bathtub. The bed is big with different pillows to choose from. The breakfast has western and chinese food with a good selection. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Services and cleanliness were very good. Location is just on the edge of the shopping *****, but it is beside the West Lake. Hotel provided a one time complimentary one hour big boat ride around the lake at 0830hr daily with reservations. Breakfast was oriental and western, menu changed daily.

1. The location is really great. It is located in the southeast corner of West Lake in Hangzhou, close to the West Lake. Leifeng Pagoda is on the opposite bank. You can enjoy Leifeng Pagoda exclusively at night. The nearby Rushi Valley Coffee has a good environment, and the cruise ship dock is not far away. The hotel is a 10-minute walk north to the Qianwang Temple. The Jie Lu Ye restaurant near the Qianwang Temple is very delicious. Walk 20 minutes south from the hotel to Leifeng Pagoda, and then go to Su Dongpo Memorial Hall. In front of you is Su Causeway. You can take a rowing boat to see the scenery of Turtle Lake. You can take a battery car to cross Su Causeway to the north of West Lake. 2. The hotel service is really good. We upgraded to a garden view room for free. Room 1206 overlooks the West Lake. You can really see the view when you push the window. I like the large retro window so much. The battery car was delivered to Building 1 where the room was located, and the driver also gave a brief introduction to the hotel. Although there is no tea set provided in the room, you can contact the front desk if you need to make tea. The tea set is clean and retro. I like it. 3. The hygiene is very clean, there is no need to question this, and the toiletries are also of very good quality. 4. The breakfast is very rich and the time is very reasonable and does not end until 10 o'clock. It is very suitable for us who like to sleep in. It is great to go out to visit the West Lake with a full meal. 5. The only drawback is that the pillow is too high, so I folded a towel and used it as a pillow.

You can go directly to Hefang Street. There are a lot of delicious food here. In the morning, Xinfeng snacks and Xiaolongbao are eaten. Then walk along this street for more than 20 minutes to Chenghuang Pavilion, overlooking the entire West Lake, and there are not many people! After returning, I continued to eat crab yellow noodles and Jiujiali Dongpo meat. The taste was very good, no thunder, delicious and not expensive.

The house was rebuilt from an old house as a base. The first floor is a coffee shop with a combination of Chinese and Western styles, which is very artistic. There are not many rooms on the second floor, each has its own characteristics, and the details are very careful. The room with inward windows faces the courtyard, quiet and elegant. Check in and check out to the International Youth Hostel opposite. Dajing Alley is quiet, the opposite side of the Yinshi Restaurant is affordable and it is highly recommended.

Our stay in Hangzhou was made even more perfect with the stay at Qiyupai Hotel (Hangzhou Xihu Hefang Street Branch)... this boutique hotel is the perfect blend of modern amenities and architecture, and stunning Chinese styling in spacious rooms that can accommodate a variety of traveller needs, from individuas to couples, even families with young children. You will be able to relax and unwind in perfect luxury. The hotel has a dreamy aesthetic located on picturesque walking streets with everything you could need located only a few minutes walk away.... even beautiful West Lake is only a 30min walk. Staff were wonderfully helpful and patient, even upgrading us so that we were not inconvenienced by some minor hotel renovations. They also gifted us each a bag of snacks upon checkout. We will definitely be back... and I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to beautiful Hangzhou.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

. I just got out of the subway too late and thought about finding a hotel to stay for one night and then go back. I found a hotel called Painting House. It was also close to the subway. I wanted to go and see it. The coffee shop on the first floor was warm and warm. It was also relatively fast when I checked in. The front desk also helped me carry my luggage upstairs. My stay at Xizi Cherry Hotel was good. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room matched the pictures but was a little run down for being a newer place. However, it didn't bother me as it was still had everything I needed and was clean. The location is pretty good, as it is pretty close to West Lake and less than a ten-minute walk to the closest metro. I'd consider staying here again the next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The house is next to Hefang Street. Every morning at 5 o'clock, the child wakes up and takes it downstairs to visit Hefang Street and Drum Tower. It is also very close to the West Lake and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. In addition to the slightly higher floor, it is a bit tired to climb the stairs (the landlord also reminded me before), it is really a perfect stay experience. Very recommended.
