We had a wonderful stay @ Grand Hyatt Hotel. The location is superb, and the facilities let us feel like home. Great service from the front desk staff as well. Will definitely be back again for a longer stay. Thank you so much.

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

The lake view room was overlooking the roof top instead of lake. The room has cigarette smell which resulted in me losing my sleep on first night whenever I called for service it will take 2 to 3 calls to remind them before they deliver what I need. Hugely disappointing

A very nice place to stay with your love ones. It’s very near from the West Lake. The staffs are very nice and friendly, service is very fast and the room are very clean (pleasant smell). It’s very near to all the branded shops. I can say perfect 10 base from our experience. We hope that we’ll be back next Holiday. Kudos! 💪👍
