This hotel is absolutely amazing! The whole place is new and beautifully designed, with stylish details everywhere — perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos 📸. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are all super friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed from check-in to check-out. The food was also delicious — every meal was impressive and full of flavor 🍽️. We booked the entire place for our team retreat, and it was perfect! The space is large, private, and ideal for bonding activities or group gatherings. Overall, a 10/10 experience ❤️ Definitely will come back again!

住過最滿意的名宿了 首先老闆和老闆娘真的很熱情，就像到了朋友家小住一樣，很放鬆！附近有個龍鱗壩晚上四點左右去玩差不多，不怕曬也可以早一點，離名宿不遠走過去就可以了。小朋友玩的開心，大人也帶的輕鬆。 退房當天在名宿吃飯，點多了老闆娘也會提醒，架不住我想吃啊😋吃不完打包，番薯葉我婆婆想打包她愛吃，老闆娘直接給我們挑了新鮮的帶走，説打包回去就不好吃了。下次還來！（我老公對名宿偏見很大，沒想到這次説下個月有時間的話就約朋友再來一次）帶回來的番薯葉已經炒上桌了，很嫩很好吃！

THe location is perfect, and breakfast spread had a wide variety. The room is very spacious as well with a modern feel, clean and comfortable. I would like to give a special shout out to two people who were very helpful and went out of their way to help. Tingting helped me with my phone when it got stuck and Sunting helped book my train tickets. They were very helpful and made my experience go more smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

but 12 mins walking distance from Tonglu Station but the walkway is not friendly and abit stress cos we walk on roads sides without proper walking path and there is alot constructions and big trucks going on. End up departure we took a ¥7 didi from hotel to Tonglu Stn instead. Downstairs has a convenient stall maned by an old lady. But restaurants no, need to travel out from hotel to other areas for food. Hotel staffs are friendly and allow early check in for us due to availability. Thank you.

The off-peak travel was a great success! The hotel is on a hill next to the river, and you can directly see the river view. The off-peak travel is to have fewer people, and the overall environment is really quiet. The interior is the style I like, simple and clean, and the outdoor is also beautiful. Sitting by the swimming pool, blowing the wind and looking at the scenery, wasting time. The service attitude in the hotel is also very good, and I will choose this place next time I come to Tonglu.

É um hotel completamente satisfatório que supera as expectativas.A relação preço-desempenho é muito elevada! É limpo e higiênico, o colchão, a colcha e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis. A seleção do café da manhã é boa e você pode marcar uma hora para que seja entregue no quarto. Os bolinhos fritos e o macarrão são todos feitos na hora. Os bolinhos são crocantes e quentes , o que é ótimo! O que mais gosto é que as tomadas estão em locais escondidos, não diretamente voltados para a cama, o que faz com que as pessoas se sintam seguras.Ainda escolherei este hotel na próxima vez que for jogar! Como já estava escuro quando chegamos na loja, não tirei nenhuma foto boa, então vou apenas anexar uma foto do café da manhã 😄

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!

民宿位置很不錯，也很好找。樓下還有家飯店，如實在不想出去吃的話，吃飯也是方便解決的。 主要是為了玩OMG心跳樂園，才篩選下，訂了他們家。距離樂園開車10分鐘，還是方便的。門口的停車位，也是比較充裕的。 設施：房間也是智能化家居。包括空氣凈化器，也是一應俱全。美中不足就是，這次訂的房間，衹有一扇窗户，還是小開窗。空氣稍微有點不流通。 服務：管家和前台都很熱情，有求必應。主動幫忙解決小的需求，這點體驗很好。
