"This was my first time visiting Tonglu, and I booked this hotel for a family trip with my kids and friends without much research. To my surprise, it was exceptionally good! The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, and all the attractions are easily accessible. My only regret is that it rained for three consecutive days. However, the excellent hotel experience, from the soundproofing, breakfast, and service to the parking, made up for it. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

"I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu"

"先説優點，開元還做宴席，奔着烤鴨去的，買的大床房套餐，送了一份國風家庭套餐，一個魚，一個雞，青菜，小吃，米飯，但是中午去烤鴨還沒做，需要等一個多小時，沒吃到烤鴨，挺遺憾。入住會有水果送，開元前面有個庭院環境還行。早餐雖然品種多，但是一般。房間整潔乾淨，除了馬桶，馬桶不好使。拖鞋好穿。 缺點:不隔音，太吵了。我真服了，酒店前面施工鐺鐺鐺的。 表揚下前台雷芳服務熱情，辦理入住很快，房間包含有餐食，挺不錯的，性價比很高，酒店停車也很方便，總枱可以進行登記，對面就是中心廣場，挺不錯的"

"We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!"

"We stayed for three nights with our 13-year-old and 10-month-old, and this was definitely the kids' favorite stop on our trip. [Water Park] The indoor heated water park is a comfortable 30 degrees Celsius, and there's also a massive outdoor water park spanning 20,000 square meters. Our older child tried all the big slides and attractions. The biggest surprise was our 10-month-old's first time in the water; after playing in the shallow area, he actually fell asleep floating on the surface – the water temperature was perfect, and the water quality was clean, so even young babies can play safely. We could enter and exit multiple times during our stay, and even a full day of playing wasn't enough. [Dining] The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations: beef offal noodles, walnut buns, mini hot pots, seafood, cold pot skewers, steak, and lamb chops. The variety was incredibly rich, and the whole family was very satisfied with their meals. [Service] A special shout-out to our butler, Sushi – he was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, responding quickly to all our requests from check-in to check-out. He even prepared farewell gifts for the children when we left. This feeling of being genuinely cared for is what truly impressed us about this hotel. Five-star rating, partly thanks to him. [Tips for your stay] You can't get your room card until 3 PM, but you can check your luggage first and head straight to the water park, so you don't waste any time. Across from the hotel is the Fenshui River and a vast expanse of rice fields, which is incredibly refreshing. There are also equestrian centers and various canyon rafting spots nearby, so you can plan a very full itinerary."
