This is a great little hotel. It was incredibly cute and the staff were nice too. They. couldn't speak much English, but they tried their best to assist us. I would have liked for their to be a bar, but we were told they didn't have one🤔. They did.however help us add the address of the hotel on the deliver app so we could order in. On the upside, if you love coffee, there's a Starbucks right next door. We came in with food in the evening that we wanted to warm up and were told the kitchen was closed and reception didn't have a key, so they couldn't access the microwave. One microwave in the entire hotel.. seems like there should be more 🧐. Overall I'd have to say I'll stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast very much which was a buffet mix of Chinese and Western food.

Overall it's good, a bit old, but clean and well-maintained, service is good. Breakfast is average. The only downside is that it's quite noisy. When eating breakfast, a group of old ladies were very loud, and the doors in the corridors were often not closed, making quite a lot of noise. There's nothing we can do, it's the tourist season in Dalian, and there are many group tourists.

It feels quite lively when entering the lobby of the main building. There is a leisure and fitness square on the basement floor. I often come here to go to the second and third floors. There is the famous [Global Village Food Park] on the second floor, a very good buffet restaurant. This buffet restaurant has been open for a long time. I first came here because I liked the Japanese and Korean food here. Now the Dalian Seafood Food Festival is being held here. The restaurant is decorated like a forest garden. This decoration style is still very early in Dalian. There are several halls on the third floor, where I have attended meetings and weddings. Nowadays, there are many meetings here on weekdays, and many wedding banquets during holidays and holidays. In general, I feel that the utilization rate of various functional facilities in the hotel is very high. It is difficult for such management to make money.

Second time around - friendly front desk service by two enthusiastic young men. Language was a bit of a barrier and we ran into an interesting challenge. I pre booked and prepaid for 2 rooms - or so I thought. I was told that (1) there was no booking showing under the booking number I presented. (2) I was advised to call C-Trip to check the booking and a refund. After a call to customer relations - and waiting for them to check (wonderful service from customer services) my daughter presented our passports to the young men and lo and behold they found our booking needed to pay a deposit on one room I had booked. However I was then told that: I had not paid for 2 rooms but rather one -so I had paid for one room + booking fee and so needed to pay for another room. We got through everything with good humor and still good enthusiasm from the two lads. My suggestion would be to have a checklist of what to do for front desk staff when it’s domestic or fore DJ guests that arrive - request our ID (passports) with booking numbers (even if offered by guests). It makes it easier for staff and guests. In hindsight our first time at this hostel that’s what the girls did. We all learnt that day - checks are important 😁

The reception at the hotel's front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. Check-in was very fast and the operation was skillful. There was a free doll-catching machine. The lady gave game coins, which was really free. The front desk also prepared many small gifts, tissues, and cotton swabs. Flossing and other things are really considerate. The hotel also has free laundry service. You can wash it on the first floor. Free laundry detergent is provided. It is very convenient to eat around. There are various snacks when going out, which is still very good.

Good location, friendly and nice personal, bright and big room, clean. But rooms doesn't have a good isolation, in the morning heart kids from some other room and at night music from somewhere. When checked in room I didn't find a tooth brush and comb, but they were given to us when we just asked.

This hotel was excellent! Location in city center made getting around very easy. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing! The bed was a bit hard but not uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checking out, which made our city adventures more convenient. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, both Chinese and Western Style. Overall very impressed! Thanks for a memorable stay!

The room was very big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Heating was a little weak so room never got really warm. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer though. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but no western choices. The only major problem we had was we ended up with noisy guests beside us on the second day who woke us up at 6 in the morning. The hotel wasn't busy. Maybe next time they can spread the guests out a little

The location of the hotel is good, the transportation is convenient, the room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, the service staff is warm and welcoming, I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast, it is also very rich👍

The room is one bedroom, one living room, and there is a kitchen. It feels like home when we stay. The room is very clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, it doesn't affect the staying effect at all. The service staff at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Seeing us with our children, they even gave Dalian specialty candy as a gift. Although it was not an expensive gift, it was very warm. The breakfast is at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. There are not many types, but the taste is very good, and it is better than the breakfast in other similar hotels. Worth recommending to everyone!
