This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel and very satisfied again ! When i arrived at the hotel in the night time, although there were a lot of tour group people waiting for the check-in or something, one front-desk staff noticed me and offered her help to do my check-in, because she knew it will take time to process the others. The breakfast was good, but the 2 coffee machines are not working so well, so please see if you can do anything ! Also, you need to replenish the fruits when became empty ! Location is very convenient. Just take Line 2 Subway from Airport to ZhongShan Square, get out from Exit D1 and walk about 5 minutes. I will use this hotel again in all my future trips to Dalian !

The location is phenomenal!!! Amazing view from the top . You can look down and view the city and sea. The night view is spectacular. The hotel is very clean ! Have enough amenities for few days . However if you want your room to be clean you should give the hotel specific detail on what you need for example take out the trash and clean the bed or vacuum the floor etc. we didn’t , we just asked to clean the room and only the trash was taken but the room was still as it is . Also right now there are major construction going on starting from 5am -10:00pm. So if the noise bother you , sorry but you can’t do nothing about it :( . The bed creaks a lot , the pillows are super soft and the place feels very comfortable. I wouldn’t definitely book again in the summer time . Thanks ~

I can safely say Intercontinental is one of the best hotels in Dalian after having stayed in many Dalian hotels. For starters we got a room upgrade and early check in and late check out. The hotel also gave us complimentary coffee and fruit soon after checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and had a gorgeous city view. The amenities were satisfactory and their Breakfast buffet had a wide range of Western and Chinese cuisine to choose from. Special thanks to Jason from the fitness centre and Winnie and Kevin from the front desk for their excellent service they especially made sure our stay was enjoyable. The only downside is that I think the Chinese restaurant staff could use some training the service there was the least professional but in my opinion it didn't takeaway from the overall experience.

I stayed in an executive room. The service provided by the executive lounge team was amazing (actually the best I have received in China). The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge was amazing. One day I went to the buffet for breakfast and was disappointed by the cleanliness of it, so I decided to just eat at the lounge. The laundry team was also great. They noticed one of my dresses had a small issue so they fixed it. Most of the staff spoke at least some English, it was the first time in China that even the housekeeper could speak English.

We stayed in this hotel for a few days while our trip to Dalian. There are some good restaurants nearby, a few sights to see in the area, too. As for the accommodation, there was a little problem with All the doors in our room. The bathtub is quite small, but clean. There’s no English speaking staff in the hotel. The location is just fine. 20 min by taxi from the airport. Chinese style buffet breakfast, but the food is good and satisfying. The overall impression is quite positive. P.S. there is no gym or a swimming pool as it’s mentioned in the hotel description. Also, if your main purpose is to relax on the beach, then it’s not the best option as most beaches are far and the ones nearby are not worth it.

Hotel Nikko is a throwback to the 1990's. It is well maintained and very comfortable hotel. In fact, I moved from another 5 star hotel to this one mid weekend. The decor is a little dated, BUT of the 3 hotels in downtown Dalian that I have used over this last year I think Nikko is my favorite. Their service is excellent. The food is good. (Breakfast is great and the Japanese restaurant is good) The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and upscale. I like that there is a Lawson's near the lobby, in the adjoining office/apartment building. When I called to request they lower the temperature in my room, they said they could not adjust the thermostat; however, they did offer me a fan. Within 5 minutes housekeeping brought a very nice standing fan which worked great. My next trip downtown I think I'll start with Hotel Nikko.

Hotel was very nice. The hotel had great facilities and the breakfast was excellent. The one thing they need to change is the beds. They aren’t very comfortable and they are springy.

There are seven homestays plus some companies in this Country Garden building! The home is very clean, with basic items, and a refrigerator and washing machine. The balcony can see the sea. If you consider the location, this hotel is close to the sea. You can take a speedboat and feed the seagulls, but you can't see the sea. It is very close to the Venice Water City, and you can cross the road downstairs. There is a night market at night, there are many delicious foods, it is recommended to go shopping. But if you consider the price, you can live a little farther, you can take a taxi in the past, and Didi is also convenient. You can order takeaway. Thank you boss for helping us collect our luggage, we will not come back until the afternoon!

Great location! In the CBD of the old city of Dalian, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and there are many delicious foods around! I live in a wooden double bed, one bed is 1.5, and the other is 1.2. It is very comfortable for a family to live in. The small refrigerator is the tea and cola in the mini bar, which is really good~

It’s really a great experience. I’m definitely not trusting you. I booked the hotel based on the reviews. It’s very safe to take care of my children. There are security guards downstairs. The location is very good. Just around the corner is Zhongshan Plaza. The facilities in the room are so complete and all. Branded home appliances, washing machines, refrigerators and projectors are all available. It is definitely comparable to a four or five-star hotel. You can stay at ease and the room is very big.

The price is still worth the price. The only thing is the travel sign at the front desk. We reported a half-day group of 1.30 in the afternoon. I felt that I was pitted. One person signed up for 58 yuan and charged 360 yuan per person. When I called, a woman answered the phone and didn’t say where to go and didn’t say how much money to collect. I was very angry that the sailing boat had been fed to the seagulls and went again. I didn’t go to the money and didn’t refund it. It was all on the road in the afternoon. It was three o’clock to pick up people back and forth. A place for 25 minutes, no more than 30 minutes, and 20 minutes. I went to four places. Bangyu Island tickets are in The registration fee 58 includes the remaining 360 and fed a seagull once. A lotus platform to see the scenery for 10 minutes. The cross-sea bridge is a 10-minute circle. The more funny thing is that the cross-sea bridge is to drive around the bridge and not let you get off. Everyone knows where to go. You need to queue up. I don’t know. Why does the hotel front desk put this sign? This city may not come again.
