I’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.

From the start of our stay the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They are also fluent in English and were able to suggest many different activities in and around the area. The facilities are clean and the swimming pool is a great place to relax. The hotel is located close to many different restaurants and coffee shops. They also have bikes you can use to explore the scenery. I would definitely go back and recommend this place for everyone!

Hotel was very nice. The hotel had great facilities and the breakfast was excellent. The one thing they need to change is the beds. They aren’t very comfortable and they are springy.

I only paid to upgrade 1 ocean view room, but the boss upgraded all my 3 suites to ocean view rooms, which is really great! The owner provides a nearby paid parking lot location, which is a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The maximum charge for staying within 24 hours is 35 yuan, and if it is less than 35 yuan, it is 6 yuan per hour. Other nearby parking lots have a 24-hour limit of 40-50 yuan.

Specially booked a homestay in Shuicheng and lived up to expectations. The rooms are particularly textured. The details are well done and the roof design makes it feel like you are in a hayloft by the beach. The surrounding scenery is also very interesting, and the experience is full. The coffee shop downstairs is very good, the environment is great, there are also cute kittens, although I can't understand it, it looks like a very expensive poker wall. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed and casual. I was originally to come out to play, but I am too lazy in the store and don’t want to leave.

The new hotel found on Trip.com was attracted by the lights on the building as soon as it arrived at the door, and the appearance was very characteristic. When I entered the lobby, it didn't feel like I entered the hotel. It was like I entered the art gallery. The dolls in various styles were different. The beautiful lights in the lobby and the clay paintings with a strong cultural atmosphere were dizzying. I lived in a yacht-themed audio-visual suite. I was shocked as soon as I entered the door. It felt like I was really in the sea. The room type was a jump. Downstairs was a home theater. I didn't know much about electronic equipment, but watching the movie effect was really nothing to say. The housekeeper told me that the furniture in the room was all international, and it was really comfortable to sit. I almost fell asleep on the sofa. The housekeeper on the night shift was also very good. He picked me up at the door and took me to the room. In the morning, he sent me breakfast to the room. It couldn't be more intimate. It must be praised and must be full!

We Visited Dalian during our Summer vacation & we loved it. The place is a little hidden so it took us a little while to find it. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and spoke English which made checking in easy. The Room was tidy and everything was Smooth we will definitely come back when we visit Dalian. Thank You to the ladies at the Reception their service was by far better than the service we just experienced at a 5 star hotel.

On the second night, the boss adjusted the room on the 18th floor without sea view, because The requirements for this occupancy condition (whether there is a sea view) are not high, so overall I am satisfied. Disposable slippers smell very bad. After changing rooms, there is a lifeless Xiaoqiang in the shoe cabinet. If you see a living Xiaoqiang in summer (peak season), you will really feel bad!

The room was ok, clean. The location is good quite close to the Veneza place and subway. Was not so easy to find the front door. The main issue was that the hot water finished during the bath. Needed to wait 20 minutes to come back.
