The hotel is conveniently located and offers good value for the price. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Room cleanliness was better than average, and the mattress was comfortable with a clean bed. However, the room did not have curtains, which may be an issue for guests who are sensitive to light. In addition, the shower water was not warm enough during my stay, likely due to peak-time usage. On the positive side, the lobby was clean and offered complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch.

Staff at the reception was very friendly and nice. Even though there were a lot of people, we got our room quite fast. One of the guys helped us to bring our luggage to the room. They welcomed us with drinks and there were fruits in the room. The bathroom was clean, the bed very comfortable, we had a good rest. There is a railway station near the hotel and it’s close to the sea and some popular tourist destinations. The breakfast was amazing!!!!! So much food! Everything was very very very delicious, I ate the best Christmas stollen there! Be careful if you eat outside, the bird stole our leftovers😄 Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank a lot!

Convenient location near Fort station and a few mins walk to a good selection of tourist restaurants, cafes and bars near the World Trade Centre. Probably one of the best locations in Colombo for tourists using the train. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and good shower with hot water. My room also had decent air conditioning. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. Good price. I will happily stay here again next time I am in Colombo.

Meu único problema é que havia manchas de urina no assento do meu vaso sanitário - eu mesmo limpei, mas não sei como elas foram parar lá. Além disso, a atitude de uma das recepcionistas (o nome dela é Madhu) me deixou com um gosto amargo - mudei meus planos e reduzi minha estadia, mas ela exigiu que eu não pudesse fazer isso e que eu não pudesse ir embora - sem me ouvir sobre o reembolso que já havia sido emitido. Os colegas dela foram muito mais amigáveis. A equipe do café da manhã foi super atenciosa e simpática, assim como as duas moças do café no andar de baixo.

The Zest Metropole is well located near Dutch Hospital where there are many colonial buildings. The room was comfortable & very modern with excellent facilities. Very good bed. Ideal for 1-2 nights. The staff were helpful & we were able to get into our room before noon & had a late check out.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to the team at Shangri La Colombo. I was travelling with my grandma who is 91 years old so I wanted to book our stay at a place that I could count on . I have experienced the hospitality of Shangri-La at other parts of the world and I was hopeful that it would be the same. They did not disappoint. Right from Masood at the door to Dileka at breakfast and Waruna at the Concierge , our every need was met, and then some! It’s fully accessible if you have reduced mobility , and everyone who works there is constantly thinking ahead, so that you feel comfortable. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing and the hospitality is truly exceptional. I’m very grateful to the entire team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday.

Este é um Lugar Muito conveniente. Há um restaurante delicioso e supermercado Na distância de pé. O tempo de estadia do hotel FOI até 23:30, MAS o carro FOI Muito problemático do Aeroporto. Liguei Ao hotel Cerca de trinta minutos e o Pessoal entrou no hotel.Ele estava esperando por mim com o ar. Não há frigoríficos e ventiladores no quarto.

It's near by colombo bus station from one km. Room is excellent. Services was good. It's near to galle green beach, port, railway station. Staff was friendly and good
