Just arrived in Shenyang, I encountered snow, the hotel front desk staff upgraded the room type, the room was quite clean, the heating was too sufficient, the window was opened, the breakfast was relatively simple, and the overall satisfaction was quite satisfactory.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted with a sense of luxury. I was pleasantly surprised by the initiative to upgrade to the executive floor. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Everything in the mini bar is free. The room service is provided by a robot. It is very cute. Li Nanfeng The Grand Theater is very close, so you can watch a two-person show by the way. All in all, I felt very good in every aspect. I decided to stay an extra night. It was very nice.

Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

The service staff are all great. They greet you when you meet them. They provide milk biscuits snacks in the evening, but they are not very delicious. Haha, the facilities are indeed aging. The hair dryer should be replaced. The hotel breakfast is very average, not as good as Wanxin next door.

我們是一家三口來住小朋友比較小，當時已經是晚上11點多了，前台小美女（特意問了一下前台的名字，想着一定給個好評，張詩瑤）就讓我帶孩子先回房間老公在辦入住，真的很貼心，房間還給我們升級，贈送了早餐，進到房間環境很乾凈，雖然酒店設施不是最先進的，但也很智能，還有小度，智能馬桶。床睡得也舒服，寶寶一覺睡到天亮。這次來瀋陽住的真的很滿意，希望酒店生意興隆！

Other room types may be good, but this room type is very average. It feels like a corner room. There are no gauze curtains. I want some natural light but no privacy. Other facilities are normal. The TV is really big. The disadvantage is that the WiFi in the room is not differentiated. Often It's because I don't know where to cast my screen, or someone else's screen is cast to the TV in my room. Oh, and more importantly, there are many people and few elevators. There are only two elevators that can go to the first floor. It's due to maintenance. , it takes a long time to wait for the elevator. If you are in a hurry, you will be really anxious.

Must be all 5 points praise, two people come to Shenyang to play here, the location is very close to Zhongjie, the handsome mansion and the Forbidden City walk for a few minutes. The hotel is filled with a faint fragrance everywhere.
Breakfast is not too rich, Chinese and Western food is also available, fruit dessert coffee is available. The hotel facilities are very new, they are smart and convenient, and the hygiene is in place. There are drinks and water in the small refrigerator for free, and there is a gym. The service has nothing to say that the beautiful women are very enthusiastic. Wherever you go, you will ask you hello. There is free coffee at the front desk. The beauty also sent a cup of ice. ZZkkGreat experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!!
Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted.
Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it.
Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

AAnonymous UserDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

Lobby - There was a very calming floral scent each time we set foot in the lobby. Nice decor too.
Front desk - helped us to order food and booked Didi (China Grab) when it got too cold to go out. A cute robot would sent the food to our room. Gave us advice on weather and loaned us umbrella. A special shoutout to Ms 刘香男。
Location - first impression wasn't good. It was located in a small alley. We realized it wasn't too bad after we explored the area. Walking distance to 中街, 故宫, 大帅府 and eateries. We stumbled upon a local morning market 白塔早市. The famous morning market 河沿早市 is about RMB12 by taxi.
Room - spacious, bright, bedding was comfortable. Bedroom slippers, bottled water, coffee and tea provided daily. You can request for additional at the front desk.
Bathroom - strong water pressure, complete with amenities needed.

GGuest UserIt's close to Zhongjie, and if you live in Joy City, you can eat and go shopping if you want. There's also a subway downstairs, so traveling is very convenient and the location is quite advantageous. The landlord is also very nice. I booked a 150-cent theme king-size bed room, and the landlord upgraded me to a projection room with a bathtub for free. I can only say that this room was so comfortable that I couldn't get out, hahaha. The facilities in the room are very new and complete. Not only does it have a bathtub projection, but it also has a free Bluetooth speaker. The room also comes with a small refrigerator filled with water and drinks. There is a saying that the host is really considerate and considerate while taking a bath. It was really enjoyable to listen to the song and drink an ice-cold Coke. The lighting in the room is also amazing, and with some of the vegetation in the room, it’s perfect for taking pictures! BBufutiededaimao.There were a lot of people during the Spring Festival, but the room was still very clean and tidy.
The room facilities are just fine. The TV and air conditioner are quite new. The spring bed is average and creaks a bit when I turn over. The amount of water in the bathroom shower is average. I don't know if it's the water pressure or the nozzle problem, but the hot water supply is sufficient.
The lady at the front desk has a very enthusiastic service attitude and is very considerate in her words.
The soundproofing effect of the door is particularly poor, and one can clearly hear what anyone standing at the door is saying. The windows of the room I stayed in were not very well sealed. After cooling down at night, there was obvious air leakage. I needed to take a bag to tighten the curtains.
Overall it's good, it's economical and practical to stay overnight for only a day or two.

GGuest UserThis was a surprisingly large and inexpensive corner suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd hoped to do some catchup work on the work desk, but found the provided chair to be a little uncomfortable.
The air circulation in the room wasn't always ideal. Bad air from outside finding its way in, somehow. Cool at night, and then warmed up a little too quickly in the morning.
The large overhead shower head holes need to be cleaned as the water flow was weak. That said, a tub is provided for those who prefer that.
I couldn't figure out how to use the television converter. The power light was on the appliance, but nothing. It would appear staff does not check the batteries. Likely need replacing.
Breakfast was not included automatically, but the selection seemed sp**** for an established downtown hotel. The attendant, however was very caring for my needs as a laowei.

WWeAreNicoThis hostel was great in Shenyang. Some of the rooms are a bit small if you have a lot of luggage but they kindly switched us to a bigger one so that we had more space. There is a coffee shop downstairs which is great to work in. The location is really convenient and there is a night market on the next street every evening. Would definitely stay here again!

ZZhenzhenwszOverall a good hotel with large rooms and complete facilities. It is next to a large shopping mall. The location is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high.
But there are no beds at all in the high-rise buildings, and the rooms still have a bit of a smell.
The breakfast was so-so. When I went there at 9 o'clock, there were not many choices, and the milk and fruits were not replenished.
