This 4-star hotel is completely out of date. We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The location is off the downtown area and a sort of resort, so it is not centralize and slightly inconvenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you need to buy anything. Rooms are clean but there were some insects around as it is located on a hill area. However, overseas credit card such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard cannot be used.
