Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon entering the room, we encountered some issues. The TV remote control was oily, which was off-putting. Additionally, the TV screen was too small for a suite room, and it didn't function properly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use our MacBook to connect to the TV for streaming movies, which was disappointing. On the upside, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the Wanda shopping mall.

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Hotel is so old , is not 4 star , same as 2 star . Room so old . Suggest if go meizhou , live in new hotels , city is small , easy can go traveling place .

We went to Meizhou for some sightseeing and it was truly the wonderful staff at the Ramada who saved our trip! Meizhou is very difficult to sightsee without your own transportation and the staff helped suggest some great places to go as well as helped with some travel as well. The
staff at this hotel is definitely number one! Only downsides of course are the area, there's not much around and the breakfast which is really hit or miss. Otherwise, I'd still recommend this hotel and again, a special thank you to the amazing people who work there!

挺好的 交通很方便距離火車站非常近，離萬達購物中心也很近，周邊逛逛的地方挺多的，早餐也很棒，前台服務態度也很好，喝了點酒給我們準備的熱茶 還給房間送了早餐。安排的房間很安靜，房間也乾淨衞生。下次來還住這裏

酒店的價格非常優惠。華美達的牌子這個價格太親民了。房間乾淨整潔，空間也可以。進去大堂就有自助的咖啡機與歡迎茶水，很温馨！早上起床加了1份早餐，品種最少大概有二十多種，還有各種穀物，酸奶非常不錯。出行辦事交通方便。員工説有自助洗衣房。衹住1晚，就沒有去體驗了。以後還會選擇入住！

第一次入住梅州華美達酒店給我留下美好的印象，整個酒店不論是大廳、房間、餐廳都達到四星級酒店的標準。唯一不足的成色舊了一點，但是也不影響酒店的環境。值得提到的是酒店服務員對待旅客非常有禮貌，早上看到都是“早上好”禮貌待人，我們感到很温暖。早餐也可以，也可以免費停車，住宿價格實惠，我們感到很滿意，所以續住了一天。特別是酒店有洗衣、乾衣自助機，大大方便了我們老年旅客，減輕旅遊勞累辛苦，非常感謝華美達領導和服務人員。
