It's a dream-like place with spacious clean rooms, great hot tubs in the garden, around 20 of them, and very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent to come and unwind for a few days .
The only thing missing was massage/spa service, which was explained to us, something they will have in the future. The hotel was relatively new when we stayed there in May 2022.
Also, delicious Hakka food at the hotel restaurant.

我們一家6人回鄉祭祖旅程，選了試 住貴溫泉酒店，昨天一到達 酒店大堂便得到你們前台的熱誠接待，然後很快便安排了三間很舒適的房間給我們稍作休息， 你們有位帥哥更幫忙送行李到房間，他也给我們講解了房內溫泉的設施和使用方法，然後晚飯也選擇了你們推介的酒店中餐廳用饍 ，那裏的菜式非常精緻，色香味美，環境也非常舒適，再加上服務員也非常友善，餐厅陈祝连經理亦表現專業，她知道我們每年都必定回鄉並需要安排約30人的飯宴，所以主動带我們參觀各種厅房，讓我們有一個很好的印象。因此我們對貴酒店的服務和設施整体非常滿意，特別為小溫點赞，她在我們這兩天都主動照顧周到，非常貼心，讓我們一家都能享受了愉快的體驗！

前台和所有的員工服務都很熱情，很禮貌，而且主動幫忙。房間的床鋪很舒服，泡池也非常的爽。他的設計有一半帶沙發的地方是半露天，既休閑又有安全感。泡池可以在室內 也可以在陽台上 也可以全露天，簡直是美不勝收！

這次週末首次入住玖崇湖鳳頤温泉酒店是一次很不錯的入住體驗，我們四個女同事一起定了大陽台有私湯景觀房。兩個1.35床，配兩早餐。入住酒店後向前台申請了多加兩個早餐。酒店服務非常周到，給我們推了客服“燕子”。客服小管家“燕子”服務非常貼心，幫我們成功申請到免費早餐，哈哈～非常滿意👍下面還驚喜不斷，不但為我們多準備了兩套洗漱用品，還又是送水、又是送客家特色小點心的。還有周邊遊小程序，掃碼就可以看～自助早餐菜品挺多，非常新鮮，口感也很好。酒店設施很齊全，周邊環境很漂亮，有江南特色，早上起來逛逛很舒服，空氣清新，好評！下次還選這家！

中式風格的房間超大，，各式各樣温泉湯池，非常適合親子出行。
出行也便利，高速路口下很快就到。
夜景也很美！
最值得誇讚的是管家服務周到，早早就諮詢入住人員情況，準備好配套的洗漱用品，特別貼心！必須點贊好評。

去年網上看到玖崇湖温泉酒店，一直想着要過去，無奈一直沒時間，等到這兩天有空才安排家裡人一起出行，酒店裝修比較有特色，衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，特別是葉管家從入住到遊玩到吃飯到回程都一直提醒關心。温泉池也比較多樣，有小孩玩的區域，孩子們都玩的很開心。

回老家探親入住了玖崇湖酒店，入住後葉管家看到帶了小朋友就安排了床圍和洗漱用品，去餐廳用餐幫忙安排桌位和寶寶凳，餐廳出品也很好，温泉區也有很多不同種類的泡池，體驗不錯👍！環境各方面都還不錯，[強][強][強]
