I came to Harbin with my friends and booked a hotel near Central Hotel. It is more convenient to travel. The location of this hotel is right next to Sofia. The location is very good. When you open the window, you can see Harbin's landmark building, Sofia Cathedral. It is also very close to Daoli Food Market. The hotel room is large and well laid out, and the bedding is very comfortable. The service at the front desk is also very good. When I checked in, I was recommended delicious food nearby. After eating there, I really didn't feel disappointed. Will continue to stay here next time.

The hotel is a four-star hotel. The location is very good and convenient to go everywhere. It is right at the intersection of Central Street and Red Brick Street. It’s also very convenient to go to Sophia Cathedral, and you can get free Madiel popsicles. The lady at the front desk No. 0295 is also very NICE, she is tall, very beautiful, and very patient, and the lady No. 1222 is also very nice. OK, take the initiative to store our luggage for us. There was a sister in the guest room, I forgot to ask for her number. She had short hair, a round face, and was very gentle. She even took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. She was very considerate! I’m very happy to come to Harbin and happy to meet you. I will come back to Yuanyuan Madier Hotel in the future.

The child is 2 years old and accidentally soiled the sheets while eating. The lady at the front desk helped us. I borrowed detergent and it solved the problem perfectly. Thank you very much. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be deducted 60 yuan. The lady in the black suit who checked the room kept emphasizing that we should pay for the dirty sheets. During the cleaning process, my husband , I was waiting in the lobby with my children, and I heard her talking about us. We were very cooperative throughout the process and did not shirk our responsibilities. I just felt that the 60 yuan cleaning fee was a bit expensive. I wanted to clean it myself, but she talked about it. I was really convinced. .

The most satisfactory thing is the hotel breakfast. The restaurant is very clean, the dishes are rich, the snacks are very delicate and delicious. Linyu Hotel is the only hotel in the scenic area of Songfeng Mountain. I thought it should be a guesthouse, but the accommodation conditions exceeded my expectations. It can be said to be very good. There is an entertainment suite with a mahjong machine on the first floor. They are playing mahjong. The disadvantage is that the waiters are not very enthusiastic, but they are responsive. I heard that the service team has been changed. The hotel is very close to the ticket gate for going up the mountain. There is a parking lot and parking is free, which is really nice.

You can see the cable car from the room, and it is very convenient to get a cable car ticket. The hotel is also close to the Siberian Tiger Park and even closer to the Polar Oceanarium. Although the breakfast is a set meal for two, we brought two children, so it was enough for four people. Xiaoyu at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the brothers were also very good. They spoke gently to the guests and helped with the luggage. The only drawback is that the hotel does not smell very good, maybe it is too humid by the river. You can go to the small beach by the river to dig sand after leaving the hotel.

When I traveled to Harbin, I occasionally found Ritz on Ctrip. As soon as I got through the phone, I was immediately attracted by the beautiful and sweet Miss Huihui. Huihui followed up on my entire process of booking, changing my itinerary, and checking in. From carefully consulting my room needs, helping me arrange a suitable room type when I didn't have time to rest after the night shift, to the reminders along the way, the careful attention and thoughtful care of every detail after checking in made us guests from the south feel like home.
The room is warm and spacious, with a Russian style, showing high-end luxury and atmosphere. Every detail reveals care and taste. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is super comfortable, and both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. In addition, the hotel is adjacent to Central Street, with a superior geographical location and very convenient access.
Thank you Huihui! Thank you Ritz! This is a hotel worth planting. After I go back, I will recommend it to more relatives and friends who come to Northeast China for tourism!

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

AAndreaThe hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city.
The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door.
The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot.
The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal.
We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

SSimpleConvincerI would like to confirm what the other people who stayed here--the place is very very clean and well maintained. I stayed here for five nights. At first I was worried whether I would find the hostel easily. It was really easy to find! Also, the bus stop going to Harbin Taiping Airport is just a 10 to 15 minute walk (with luggage) and less than 10 minutes (without luggage).
Unlike the other hostels that I have stayed in, this hostel is just literally a fews steps away and in front from Exit 1 of Zhongyang Street (Main Street) Station.
I usually don't write reviews but the owners were really kind and very welcoming. I stayed in other hostels and this hostel is really well maintained and not smelly.
The was just one minor inconvenience that I encountered--there was only one shower. Most of the time the shower area is empty.
I read that some other reviewers complained about noise, but I didn't notice any kind of noise during my stay. I also thought that since the hostel was near Zhongyang Street station, it would be very noisy. I didn't hear any noise coming from outside the building.
Nevertheless, I had a very wonderful stay here in this hostel.

NNielsenJonathanMy wife and I went to Yabuli for the first time and happened to find this very cute place to stay. Both of us don't speak Chinese but the host lady was such a pleasure, she went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We communicated via WeChat translation. She collected us from the train station and took us into town to help me buy and electronic cigarette as my wife's had stopped working. She then back tracked and took us to our apartment, where we checked in. Total trip was about 40 mins for 60RMB, not bad at all.
Our room was very quaint, and clean. It was on on the ground floor and had a communal entrance for other guests, but the room itself had its own card accessed key, own toilet and shower. There was also an additional area up a staircase in the room which had an additional bed on the floor. The room had it's own TV which was a good of good quality and complementary WiFi and 2 bottles of water and a kettle. The room itself was warm and toasty with underfloor heating, and you couldn't feel the - 20 degrees outside which was a real concern of mine before travelling
All in all, we were very happy for the quality of the room we received and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality
After check-in, the host drove my wife and I 500 metres up the road to show us where we could go for lunch. The lunch was simple dumplings and noodle soup, but very tasty.
The following morning we had the free breakfast which is a couple of houses away from where we stayed. It consisted of local dough bread with chinese vegetables and some rice soup. It wasn't my cup of tea but it was satisfying.
Our host had arranged to take my wife and I into the city to get our covid tests done for our departure next day. We shared a car with another couple back into the city and had it done and this was so helpful as we needed it to reenter Harbin.
The ride to the test centre was 30RMB and really with the money. The cobid test was
After our test, we were taken skiing by our host at the ski resort. We stayed there for 3 hours before being collected and taken back to our room. This again was managed all by our host who help us hire the skiing equipment too.
That evening my wife and I order delivery to our property where our host help is ensure we had the right address as it was all in Chinese.
At the same time, our host ensured they received our covid test results
The following morning we checked out, we received our covid tests results from our hosts and again were transported back to the train station by them
Overall,it was a short but really wonderful stay, our hosts provided a clean, charming and lovely place to stay but thier service was extraordinary, they couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and as easy as possible, I would recommend

GGuest UserThe three times I visited Harbin, I always stayed at the youth hostel in the morning. Because when I went to Mohe, I kept my luggage at the youth hostel for two days. It was really good. You can also play table tennis there. The main reason is that the location is really good, just 50 meters away from the Central Street subway entrance. I will stay here again when I go to Harbin in winter.
