The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to most attractions. The decoration is Japanese style, and there are washing machines, laundry detergent, hangers, and irons in the room, which is quite convenient. The environment was quite quiet during the stay, and the communication with the staff was also smooth. Because it happened to be my birthday when I came to Dalian, the hotel staff also very considerately wished me a happy birthday and sent a small cake. Thank you very much~

To be honest, I expected a lot for this hotel. Well too much expectation. 我想太多了！ The room, when we first entered it was smelly like I don’t know…like an old room. Clean, yes. But the smell not so ok especially when we have a baby. The Electric plugs, OMG😱 PLEASE FIX IT !!! At first it was ok but then it stopped everywhere. We need to find which electric plug works so we can boil the water and charge our phones. And the last, the WIFI. Speechless on this one. I was thinking that I can do my work during stay at this hotel. But the connection sooooo poor !!!!! I had to use my personal hotspot from my phone to do my work using laptop. Well…I spoke to the receptionist but they said, well maybe because of a lot of people are using it. Well….it’s a big hotel, not a small apartment or even house. Anyways….next time I won’t take much higher expectations on this. Tks!

The hotel is in a strategic location, very close to the airport. It is very convenient and easy to find. There are places to eat nearby. The hotel facilities are relatively good. The pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. The price/performance ratio is also very good. I will choose it next time.

Dirty carpets in the rooms and in the hallway. Swimming pool was closed. You need to be nude when using the hot spring. My private parts is my privacy and they should take other cultures in consideration. I don't want to look at strangers private body parts and I don't think they want to look at mine. They need to get a pool for people to wear a swim suit. I couldn't use anything at the hotel, that's why I check out a day earlier. Not much of English help available. I will certainly not visit this hotel ever again. I will not recommend my friends to vist this hotel. The deposit of 1000rmb is too high for a single person. I request a days refund as I changed my hotel in Dalian to use the swimming pool and hot spring, which I couldn't use.

The experience is very good, it is very close to everywhere, especially parking is super convenient. I have to book this hotel next time. The only regret is that the breakfast is a bit expensive. It seems to be 39, right? The price is 19 yuan for children... But the food is okay, but when I scanned the code to pay, I felt that the breakfast was a bit extravagant.

After 20+ years staying at US chain hotels, this I an extremely pleasant experience. First, larger rooms, and living spaces. Kitchenette, and laundry machine. Feels like home away from home. Highly recommended!!
