This stay experience was simply perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge department enthusiastically helped me with luggage, smilingly and quickly processed my check-in, providing a seamless and attentive service throughout. Every detail demonstrated the five-star standard. The room was beautifully and elegantly decorated, with soft and comfortable bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The smart devices were fully equipped, allowing me to easily control the lights and curtains. The technology was very impressive. The breakfast options were beyond imagination, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly made fried eggs and special snacks were superb! The gym equipment was brand new, the pool water was clear, and there were professional coaches for guidance. When I was leaving, the staff member, Tomoko, even helped me mail my wallet. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

酒店位置在市中心附近吃的玩的比較多出去也比較方便，離琅琊山衹有兩公里特別近 ，這次帶小朋友出來玩的很開心前台小姑娘跟白經理服務熱情周到，還送了本地特色的伴手禮，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

房間很乾凈，乾濕分離，交通便利，周圍蘇寧廣場，水石廣場都很熱鬧，還有天長路小吃一條街，退房的時候忘記拿東西了，後來前台小哥也非常熱心的打電話詢問，給我們留在了前台，真的非常棒的一次住宿

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店位置便利，出行和就餐都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，採光通風良好，床品舒適，睡眠質量很高。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房效率高。公共區域環境雅緻，設施維護得很好，整體安靜不嘈雜。性價比很高，細節處能感受到用心，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適。下次來這邊還會選擇這家，也推薦給朋友，是一次很舒心的住宿體驗。

定的零壓房，房間很乾凈，枕頭和床墊都很舒服，支撐力足又很輕巧。服務人員都挺熱情，服務也很周到，態度特別好。早餐味道也不錯，最喜歡香芋丸、小麻球、紫薯球，脆脆香香，甜而不膩。有現煮的麪條和小餛飩，小寶寶很愛吃。這次返城臨時休整選這家，真的值了，有機會還來住。

民宿管家服務:非常好，一對一管家的工作效率極高。 野渡雙人下午茶:兩杯咖啡都很好喝。 迷你吧:有一個小冰箱非常方便。 本人開車大概是下午2點左右到達，週末人比較多但是停車停在路邊就可以了，從進店到入住全部都是由民宿老闆陪同，同時住宿空間和下午茶喝咖啡的地方都是由密碼門做間隔的，私隱很好。贈送的咖啡也很好喝。入住進入房間之後，因為天氣原因避免不了有一些小飛蟲，然後那邊的保潔阿姨也非常的盡心盡責去幫我做了一下殺蟲服務。然後大概在下午5點左右，天氣冷下來之後就沒小飛蟲了。 然後到了住宿的環節，床墊得知是定製的，確實非常舒適，我和我女朋友都有一點腰肌勞損，在全季等酒店住宿所體驗的床墊都沒這家舒適。接着是私湯，陽台的紗簾是非常隔光的，晚上不用擔心私隱問題，在入住之前也已經提前聯繫，把清潔做好了。他們的浴衣特別舒適。 第二天早餐是小籠包和撒湯，小籠包很好吃同時可以帶到房間裏吃，挺方便的。 可以算是我寫的最長的一篇評價了，因為入住體驗非常好。作為有私湯的背靠景區的民宿，性價比極高。本人長期在蕪湖到滁州這邊往來，這家是綜合體驗最好的一家。很適合週末度假，離市裡開車也就15分鐘不到。
